◇ 2nd person POV ◇
Living in Korea as a gay person wasn't quite pleasing. There are homophobes everywhere. Even your own friends aren't accepting of it. And of course your parents. There wasn't a time they wouldn't say "if my daughter was gay, she wouldn't be my daughter anymore." when someone brought up the topic of homosexuality. So you just keep it to yourself. No one knows you like girls. Just you do. You can't count how many times you had crushes on girls that liked guys. It hurt you so much when your middle school best friend which also happened to be your crush said : "I like that boy".
You hope that one day you meet a girl that likes you back. A girl that likes girls. A girl that will accept you for who you are. Just one.
