As Kaytlyn plopped on her bed she heared a knock on her bedroom door. She grumbled as she rolled out of bed to answer her door. "Hello?" Kaytlyn sighed as she poked her head out the door. "Prinssess, come down stairs, theres someone I'd like you to meet." Said her butler, Vultrum. "Whats the fucking point?" she sighed as she plopped back on her bed.
"Your highness! That is no language a future queen should use!" Vultrum scolded. Katlyn rolled her eyes, and turned away from Vultrum. "Fine, I'll just have her come up here." Vultrum sighed as he walked out. 'Her? Whos 'her'?' Kaytlyn thought ton herself. She could hear a booming voice from downstairs. Kaytlyn groaned at the sudden noise in the usualy quiet palice. Kaytlyn didn't come out of her room much ever since her father-the king-died, leaving her and her mother. her mother and Kaytlyn didn't really get along, so she just avoided her mother as much as she could.
Kaytlyn could tell the voice was getting closer, and closer. She closed her eyes as the door opened. "Kaytlyn, this is Shamira, your bodyguard." Vultum said happily. "Hello Kaytlyn, its an honor to meet you, and I hope we can be friends in the mere future." Said Shamira as she held out her hand to Kaytlyn. Kaytlyn turned around, declining her handshake. Kaytlyn pretended to not even know Shamira was there.
Shamira put her hand on Kaytlyn's shoulder, sighing. "Kaytlyn...I know how you feel," she bit her lip. "I never met my parents..." Sighed Shamira slightly tearing up. Kaytlyn just noticed that Vultrum had left, and Shamira had taken off her hood. Kaytlyn stayed quiet, but filled up with anger. Who was she to compare herself to her!?
"I still don't trust you.." She said coldly turning her back from her, and walking out the door.
A/N: so, this wasn't my idea for the plot, my IRL friend came up with this, but lost intrest in writing, but didn't want this story to die, and asked me to write it on paper or wattpad, and I wanted to share it with you guys, cause I loved this plot.
