The Story Of Mia

Chapter One (Introduction)

Dear Diary,

Mia, Me, Yes I am a pretty quiet girl, I try and read on every free time I get. My mom says I should talk to people more and get involved in more things at my high school like all the clubs and activities but I like it more in my own little world, reading fantasy books wishing and lounging for the books to come true and happen to me!

I have this very good friend named Monica. I meet with her everyday at school and we talk all the time, and we meet everyday after school. So after school you see I have to go home and do my homework which I do not mind because I love homework! Some say I am a nerd because I love homework and some say I am a dork but I do not care.

But the one thing I do not like coming home to is, MY CHORES! It makes it very hard because my parents own five acres of land! In that five acres of land we have a barn full of all kinds of animals which I am responsible of feeding, and taking care of them. But I try and just look at the positive things in everything.

Even though I have all that to do I still have hours upon hours of free time, which of course I spend on reading. The coolest thing is that my parents bought the five acres of land that has a WHOLE BUNCH OF TREES! I usually pick a new tree everyday which I sit down and read a book.

Currently I am reading, "Alice and Wonderland!" So far it is a really good book! My mom's friend was going through her daughters stuff and found that book and she thought I might like it! But her daughter just passed away so when she gave me that book it was a honor to me. I did not really know her daughter that well but she was a very talented girl. Well I am getting tired so good night and I will give you details of my day after school! See you later alligator!
