You're Annoying

Chapter 1

Kit always thought that this one particular boy was weird and annoying. He would always walk up to Kit and start flirting. Kit thought that if he was flirting, he was doing a bad job at it.

Kit thinks that Ming is more annoying than his two best friends, Beam and Phana. Beam and Phana would always tease him, making him annoyed. He would either, ignore them or walk away. But, lately, he hasn't been feeling annoyed. Kit chooses to be "annoyed" and "not like Ming". But, he really hasn't lately.

Right now, it's lunchtime and they're in the canteen eating. Kit's sitting with Beam and Phana and Ming's sitting with his best friend Wayo a.k.a Yo. Ming and Wayo are sitting two tables away from Kit, Beam, and Phana. Ming keeps taking looks at Kit here and there.

*Ming and Wayo's side*

"Who are you looking at?" Wayo questioned his best friend that apparently hadn't been listening. Ming didn't look at Wayo. He was deep in thought staring at Kit.

So, Yo decided to walk to the person that Ming was staring at.

A couple of minutes later, Yo was behind Kit and his friends. Yo turned to look at Ming, that was freaking out. He smiled and turned to Kit and his friends.

"P'Kit?" Yo said to get Kit's attention. Kit turned to Yo and smiled.

"Yes?" he asked nicely.

"Do you know someone named "Mingkwan"?" Yo questioned the boy. Kit's smile just dropped a little.

"Uhh... Yeah. Kinda. Why?" Kit answered Yo kinda hesitant.

"Well, I was talking to him, I'm his best friend, and he was just staring at you not even listening or paying attention to me. Do you.. maybe.. know why?" Yo asked sweetly. Kit started to look a bit annoyed.

"I don't know why. He just.... can be weird and annoying sometimes. Just.. he... I guess he likes me or something. I just..... don't really like him. Please don't tell him that though. It would hurt him TOO much." Kit said. Yo looked at him nodding. Understanding where the weird and annoying part came from. On the other hand, his friends, Phana and Beam were laughing at their conversation.

"Yeah, he can be really annoying. Trust me. I've been his friend longer than he has known you. But... I won't say anything. Bye." Kit smiled at Yo and Yo smiled back. Thinking it would be rude to not smile back. Yo walked back to Ming and Ming was very excited to know what had been said.

"Did you talk your P'Pha? Huh?" Ming asked.

"You want to know about P'Kit don't you?" Yo asked. Knowing he really wanted to know about P'Kit.

"No...... Yes! Tell me, tell me!" he screamed in Yo's ear.

"The hell? What? I can't hear you!" Yo said and screamed in his ear too.

"Ouch! Sorry." he apologized, realizing how much it hurt.

"Mmmhmm." Yo said in a kinda sassy tone. He looked at Ming and smiled. Ming looked at Kit and noticed him staring at Yo.

"Yo? Why is P'Kit staring at you instead of me?" Yo looked in Kit's direction and noticed he was. When Kit's and Yo's eyes met, Kit smiled in a mannerly way to him. Ming tapped Yo's shoulder and when Yo looked at Ming, he noticed he wasn't so happy.

"You like Kit, don't you?" Ming asked his best friend seriously. Yo looked surprised at Ming.

"No! Ming! What the hell?! I like P'Pha. You know that." Yo whispered. He looked at Ming and saw that he didn't believe him. Yo sighed and took his best friend's hand. He made Ming stand up and Yo walked toward Kit. Kit was still looking at Yo and Ming. When Kit saw Yo and Ming stood up and start walking toward him, he turned to his friends like he didn't know.

When Yo was behind them, he tapped on Kit's shoulder. Kit turned to them and said, "Yes?"

"He has a question. He thinks I like you and he's mad at me. I said I don't like you and he doesn't believe me. Anyway. Bye Kit, Ming!" Yo yelled before he started to run. Before he started running too fast, Phana called Yo's name. Yo turned and starting walking toward Phana, past Ming and Kit. Yo stood in front of Pha after a few seconds.

*^Ming & Kit's side*^

"Yes, Ming?" Kit asked annoyed. Ming just stood there looking at Kit and Yo every once and awhile with a not-so-happy expression. Kit noticed this but didn't say anything. Ming looked at Yo and just turned and walked away. Leaving a quite surprised Kit sitting there. He never walked away ignoring Kit like that before. Yo noticed Ming just walked away and decided to run after him. Though Kit secretly wanted to.

*^Yo & Ming's side*^

"Ming!" Yo yelled at his friend to get him to stop walking. After a couple of times of yelling, Ming stopped and looked at Yo. Yo looked at Ming confused as to why he walked away.

"I walked away cause I know Kit doesn't like me and is annoyed with me." Ming said to Yo. Yo was still confused though on one thing and decided to ask, "But, why did you not stop when I yelled for you the first time then?" Ming looked at Yo and just stared for a couple of minutes. After a while of Ming starring, Yo decided to drag Ming back to where they were standing once before. When they got to where they were heading, Kit saw and stood up as fast as he could and reached for Yo. But.......actually grabbed Ming instead and hugged him. Catching their friends off guard.

*^Kit's side when Ming walked away *^

"Kit? Earth to Kit? Kit! KIT!" Phana yelled. It took a while for Kit to come out of his thoughts but eventually did because of Phana's yelling.

"What are you thinking Kit. You never go that deep into your thoughts. Or...... you like Ming and started thinking about what you just did?" Phana said to Kit. Kit just looked at Phana confused. Phana's expression eventually turned confused as to why Kit is confused and not answering him. Beam motioned to Phana that Ming and Yo are walking back their way.

*^Back to present*^

Ming stood there in Kit's arms surprised. But, after a while, started hugging Kit back. Kit was surprised with himself for what he did. But, when Ming hugged him back, he smiled. He liked the feeling of being in Ming's arms. It makes him feel safe.

Eventually, Kit started to pull away from the hug. He then looked into Ming's eyes and smiled.

"I'm not dating Yo. Only Phana has that approval." Kit said looking at Yo and Phana. Phana stood up and Kit started running for his life. Ming, Yo, and Beam just stood/sat there laughing at the two best friends chasing each other. The third time that they went around the cafeteria, Yo grabbed Phana's arm for him to stop and Kit went and stood next to Ming. Ming looked at Kit and started laughing at them. Kit glared at Ming while trying to catch his breath and Ming stopped laughing instantly. Ming looked at Yo and Phana and smiled at his best friend.

"Yo is so short compared to Phana. It's adorable." Ming thought.

Kit noticed Ming was smiling at Yo and Phana. He didn't say anything, he just sat down at his table and ate what little he had left on his plate. When he was done with his food, he threw away the garbage and started walking to his class.

"P'Kit!" Ming yelled after Kit. Right when he was going to turn to go to class. Kit stopped and turned to Ming. Ming smiled at Kit for he actually stopped and turned to him.

"Yes, Ming?" Kit questioned in a nicer tone than usual. Ming looked at Kit and said, "Have a good class, P'." Kit looked at Ming and paused for a moment.

"You too." he said back. Ming smiled again and walked away, heading to his class.
