" THE ITEM WITH THE CRYSTAL REFLECTION IS OFTEN DEADLY. BE CAREFUL NOW. "

"Dallon? Will you please sort a few boxes for the sale? Thank you, dear!" His mother called from the first floor of their home.
"Yeah, sure! Just give me a second!" Dallon responded and before he got off of his computer, he had to inform his friend.
the seaman: sjfjskxjs, you have to be kidding me,,
(5:04 p.m.)dweekes: You would think I am...but anyways, I gotta blast! See you soon, Ryan!
(5:04 p.m.)the seaman: booo, laame, see you then, loser!
(5:04 p.m.)Dallon rolled his eyes and smiled before closing the chat site on his desktop. He got out of his chair and exited his room. As he was unfolding the aging yet somehow sturdy ladder to the attic, he wondered just why a garage sale was needed.
There wasn't much to sell at the house and even if there was, how would they even sell? It's not like the Weekes have anything interesting to sell. While he was occupied with his long train of thought, his hands had finished setting up the ladder that led to the dusty attic.
Before going up, Dallon flipped a light switch that would turn on a light in the attic.
"Here we go..." he sighed and gripped two hands on the bars of the ladder. Up he went, with a constant fear in the back of his head that the ladder would break and he would fall.
Once he arrived, he gave a sigh of relief that he didn't injure himself. Dallon viewed his surroundings as he hasn't entered the attic in a while. Planks of peeling woods that served as flooring, dust and cobwebs everywhere, and dozens of stacked boxes labeled with thick, black marker. With all the dust in the air, breathing was a little more difficult for Dallon.
Where would he begin? What groups should be created for a sorting? Dallon decided to think about his plan before blindly executing.
Perhaps, memory items in their own pile and more functional items in another. It made some sense to Dallon, so, he decided to start his plan.
There was a tall tower of boxes that was to the right of him and he thought it was a good idea to start there. He grabbed a hold of the top box and set it down.
The box read "COLLECTOR CUPS" and with those words Dallon smiled a little. He never knew that someone in his family would collect cups, it's kind of silly.
His curiosity sparked for a second and his hands pried opened the box, which had been taped. In the box, there were lots of cups as the box suggested. It wasn't too heavy of a box since it wasn't filled to the brim with antique cups.
Dallon sighed as he turned around to look back at the amount of stacked boxes there were. His afternoon wouldn't be well spent then as he moved the box full of cups aside to be the first of the functional pile.

After almost an hour of shifting and peering through boxes, the box kingdom has been defeated! Dallon tiredly smiled at his accomplishments, his hands on his knees. Physical activity wasn't really his strongpoint. When he caught his breath, he looked back up and was greeted with the beige colored cloth covering an object that he saw earlier.
That was his motivation really when separating the boxes. To uncover what the boxes hid was what kept Dallon going. He glanced behind him to make sure none of his parents would see him. He set his hand on the top of the rectangular shaped object.
Then with one swipe, he removed the drape and placed it on the floor.
A silver mirror, curved at the top and straightened toward the end, and with intricate designs all around it. Dust hadn't collected on the mirror by being covered from the cloth. A reflection of the tall, teenage boy was shown.
It's beautiful, Dallon thought. Why would his parents have this? He checked out all the perimeters of the mirror, seeing that there wasn't a creator name. The back of the mirror having slight carved designs.
There was nothing much for Dallon to do with an antique mirror, so, he covered it back up. He walked back to the hole that contained the ladder that would lead to the second floor. Before he went down, he looked at the work he finished, he had done a pretty good job.
As he climbed down the ladder, he called for his mother to state that he had finished.
With the silver mirror in the back of his mind, he'll sleep on it for now.
