Humor me for a moment by taking a chunk of paper and pen, then draw a circle the size of 1 / 4, and place a dot or interval subsequent to it. If you study these two symbols what are their key options? Pause and replicate for a second, then create a listing of your own impressions. Listed here are mine:

A dot:

denotes a small and closed system.

is too small to soak up the circle

A circle and a dot are symbols, which represent the best way you and I think, act and perform at our office. Enable me to elaborate further. The dot represents an individual who operates with no awareness of the impression they've on their friends and organization. These folks merely put of their time to earn a paycheck but don't appear to add anything of nice value to the organization. They cannot appear to think or act "out of the box" of their normal job duties. Whenever you cannot suppose and function exterior of your regular job duties, you might be limited in your consciousness and actions crucial to lead your self, others and the organization. If you are unable to build awareness then you are unable so as to add worth.

However, a circle represents a person's degree of awareness and willingness to learn and expand their capability as a leader. A person who thinks and acts like a circle adds value by:

being actively engaged of their jobs.
