Steven Peterson P.O.V

1996 on the fifth of December...

"Steve please let it go" Kate whispered in my ear, tears falling down her rose cheeks, one of my arms bleeding badly from the attack, and the other around Kate shoulder.

"No" the weakness killing me, not being able to protect the love of my life, my breath was uneven her glossy blue eyes looked desperate, she wants to give up so we could be safe I want let her do that.

"For Ella you have to do it" she moved and sit on my lap, she grap my hips tightly, as she kissed me the last kiss, why is she so stubborn, I moved my hands to her cheeks, she pulled away and stair at me, then walked fast away damn my stupid legs couldn't move.

"No Kate, Kate... Please" I begged when she reached the door, I followed her but she was already gone, if I didn't be such a child and hurt my legs I could stop her, the wind was so strong brushing through my body, trees where like dancing with the wind, I run through the front door to the house, to Ella's room.

She was awake playing with her toe, how innocence is she, she smiled when I walked to her room, and she saw me, her glossy blue eyes locked mine god she is just like her mother.

"Happy First Birthday" I whispered in here ear, she laughed as the warm air tickles her small ears, I hugged her tight.

Just a minutes later I heard a police cars on the door as I walked towards the door, after putting Ella back into her bed.

"You're under arrested" the policemen said with guns pulling out at me I rise my hands.

"What for?" I asked, walking closer to them, when I get closer he held my wrest together and turned me around.

Woman walks out of my house holding Ella, is she taking Ella away from me? "Leave my daughter alone" I tell the lady resisting the policeman.

"You have the right to remain in silence...anything you say or do may be used against you in a court of law" I heard him saying but all that I'm focusing on is the women how took Ella away, Ella my baby.

Ella's P.O.V

2014 on the fifth of December

"Yayy Ella your so lucky you're going out of here" Abby said, as we were walking down the hallway.

"Forget leaving this place, I'm going to be with my boyfriend all along" I remind her, with a laugh.

She laughed a bit "Hey it's only one month and I'm moving in with you guys" she faked serious tone.

We both laughed before we get to the lunch hall, she stopped me fixing my dress "How beautiful your eyes is" Abby has always said that she would steel my eyes.

I hugged her "I don't wanna leave you" she hugged me back and nodded on my shoulder, "How did we became friends" I said pulling away, "I mean I don't have one memory without you".

"Yeah me either" she said, I can tell there were tears in her eyes she tried so hard to hid.

"It's the only time we will have to be a part" I said "only one month"

"Yeah, oh come on birthday girl" she entered the hall, and I followed her.

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday Ella, happy birthday to you" they sing to me, Ben took a step towards me, holding the cake in his hands "Happy birthday babe" he said.

I blow the candle, and every body cheer for me, I haven't seen Ben for four months, god I miss him, he put the cake a side, and he step forward 'till our feet were touching, he layed his head down to me since Ben is taller than me and kiss me with his bright rosey full lips god, it feels so good I closed my eyes, and his hand wrapped around my waist pulling my feet off of the ground.

"Why don't you to get a room" Miss Elena said the supervisor of the orphanage, we pull a part immediately, "Miss Peterson, your father is here to take you"

I feel like I just got electroshock, what is she talken about I have a father, "Miss Elena, I don't have a father" I said hoping that she just made a mistake.

"We where shock to, but he have proven that he is you father... now follow me, please" she said.

I looked at Ben who is shocked as I am "Go you'll be fine" he whispered.

"What if he take me away from you, I can't live without you" I said

His hands cupped my face "He won't, now that's you're eighteen, he can't do anything" his forehead rest on mine

I followed miss Elena as we entered to her office "Oh god Ella" a man looked like he was in his forties, he was so excited to see me, his big hands held my shoulders, I looked at him in shock.

Me and that creepy man who said that he is my father were alone in the office, as miss Elena though that it's best for us to talk along.

"For the last time I won't go with you, my whole life is in here" I shouted

"I'm afraid you don't have a choice, sweetie I'm doing what best for you"

"Yeah I do have a choice for to reason first. You can't just show in my life suddenly and tell me that I have to follow you, I build my whole life in here my friends, my boyfriend and second. I'm eighteen years old"

"For the first reason I'm sorry darling I have been looking for you for the bast fourteen years, about the second well Happy birthday, but you born 11:53 pm you still seventeen, and you are coming with me".

"I don't wanna leave you" I whispered in Ben ear as I was hugging him Goodbye.

"I don't want to leave you too" he said his arm tighten around my back, we pull a part "I love you Ella" he said.

"I love you too" I said his dark black eyes gosh I'm gonna die I don't wanna leave, my life just got better.

"Ell..Ella how I'm I suppose to live" Abby said as she took me for a tight hug.

"I love you" I sadly said, "Don't eat all the ice cream" I warned jokingly.

"I won't, and I love you too" she said pulling away from the hug.

"Lets go" Steven said.

I get to the car, "I'm sor...." I cut him off "I don't wanna talk to you" I told the old man.
