Omission

Prologue: Missing memory.

...Beep...
...Beep...
...Beep...

"Mmmh..." I groaned as I open my eyes from my restful slumber to see....Some sort of white room. 'Where am I? And what am I wearing?' I thought as I touched the fabric that's wrapped upon my body, I looked  around to see a wooden desk filled with cards, gifts, balloons and also teddy bears that says 'get well soon.' 'Odd. I must've been ill or been in some kind of accident?' As I thought inquisitively trying to figure out why am I here in the first place, turning to the other direction I see the window showing the looming moon gazing brightly at me with the stars in the sky joining in. Suddenly a noise of a door opening from the opposite side of the white room, I quickly turn to the sudden noise and a woman come out of the light that is looming from the door that she came from, "Oh! Your awake." The woman said in surprised but quickly walked to the side of the bed which for now I reside in "Are you alright miss? You gave your husband quite a shock when you fainted out of blue there." She says as I sit up from the bed "I-I'm sorry but...who are you? And what do you mean I have a husband? Where am I?" I ask to this mysterious woman but when I asked her she just looked surprised like I have three extra heads sprouting out of me.

"Oh dear...Seems the doctor was right." She murmurs but heard her very clearly 'Doctor? And what does she mean that the "Doctor was right?!' I thought fearfully as too what the woman has said under her breath. "U-um who is this doctor? And what was this doctor right about?" I ask and the woman quickly looked at me quickly snapping out of her trance like state, and tells me "Ah... that would be Dr Williams. you will see him in the morning and including your husband too. To see of the current situation that you have... everything shall be explained in the morning." She replies with a closed eye smile and walks away and before she leaves she says "Oh! My name is Amelia Woods, I'm a Nurse that is assigned to take care of you and you are in the Blackwell Hospital. I hope you Have a nice sleep Miss." And with that she leaves while closing the door behind.

(Hi whomever is reading this story is enjoying it hopefully and if not I apologise if it's really really bad since this is my first story and also I'm not sure if I want the character who's lost there memories will be either a OC or a story when the reader will be the character. But anyway have a nice day.)
