Wounds of Sickra

The Sickra is a truly marvelous beast. With it's 4 cycles, and ferocious hunger, it stalks it's prey. It starts out as a tadpole-esc fish with the tail of a scorpion. As it grows, it sheds it's skin, each time progressing to the next cycle. It starts by eating the surrounding fish and is often found surrounded by the corpses and remains of it's previous meals. Once it becomes full grown it hunts anything it can sting. It has been known to eat beasts far larger than itself. In its own plane it isn't the biggest threat, but in the human plane it could cause catastrophe. If you see it's spotted egg among fish eggs, it would be best to not let it live to adulthood.
