Akuario's POV:

~The scene below is happening at the same time as the second half of Chapter 3 where Scorpio and Scorpionen captured the Sagittarian sisters and leading up to the ending of the 4.5th chapter with the gruesome fight scene between Vekten and the Scorpio twins.

While flying to the extraction point to retrieve the Sagittarian sisters, I couldn't help but notice the carnage happening on the ground; gunshots rang constantly with tracer rounds flying through the air, buildings and cars constantly went up in blazes as people attacked others in what seemed a hectic battle royale, and most noteworthy was the visible red gleam of blood from those mercilessly slaughtered by their fellow companions.  Fear danced in my eyes as the same sight continued on for miles as I departed from Salen Airport in Sweden; barely managing to escape in time as the airport was quickly overrunned with savages.

I glanced at the navigation system. "Only 40 more miles to go," I muttered to myself. Allowing myself to seal my eyes for a quick rest, I was suddenly bombarded with radio chatter from all over as people desperately plead for help or asked for backup. The sounds of war echoed in the background of every single radio comms with random snarling noises heard throughout. Freaked out, I quickly yelled to my onboard operating system to shut off the radio and quickly went to retrieve a book.

"What the hell was that? What on Earth did my sister do this time" I groaned. I remembered back to hours ago when she sent me a message briefly talking about a horrible mishap with a mission. Shaking, I tried flipping through my book to find some solace in the words when suddenly the whole helicopter shuttered violently, as if it had just been hit by a tornado. Emergency lights flicked on and off red and yellow while the operating system blared warnings about damages.

"Oh what the fuck is it now" I cried, everything seemed to be going against me nowadays. I looked at the holographic display in the middle of the cockpit and my heart sank immediately. There was a critical fuel leak coming from the side of the helicopter. I assumed it was due to a stray bullet lucky enough to have ruined my day even more, and quickly moved to the back of the helicopter to look at the fuel tank. The helicopter rocks once more with a sudden dip in altitude, causing my head to smash into the wall with a sickening thud.

Through dizzy eyes I felt liquid streaming down my face and once more my head collides with metal as the helicopter tries to correct itself. My consciousness dances between light and dark as a metallic voice in the background can be heard repeating "Crash warning. Crash warning. Crash warning. Brace for impact. Brace for impact." Suddenly my body is thrusted into the air and flung all over as the helicopter embraces the ground.

Still conscious, I lay there sprawled out amidst the crumpled skeleton shell that was once my flight, thinking about how this could get any worse. After a couple minutes which felt like hours passed, I began to hear screeching and rattling coming from beyond the trees in which I crashed in.

Dazed, I let loose a string of curses and tried to lay up to no avail; pain shot through every single nerve in my body and a coarse scream was unleashed from my throat. Whimpering, I looked around only to see a jagged piece of metal jutting from my right thigh with dark, crimson blood flowing from it like a fountain and both of my arms crushed under heavy metal panels. The realization that there was no way of me escaping this predicament broke my will and acceptance to the inevitable soon followed.

Feeling as if my existence was about to end, I reached out to my sister through our spiritual connection and left her a simple message, "I have failed." Hoping she was able to hear my voice for a final time, I looked at the scene before me once more, taking in everything. Sparks danced from exposed wires. Glass shards from panels and windows littered the floor and dug into my skin, freeing my blood from its fleshly confines. The metal walls of the helicopter looked as if they were a part of some odd art show in how they jutted left and right, bent up and over, and creased from side to side. My eyes grew heavier and heavier as the screeches and chaos approached closer. The sounds grew closer and closer until it was upon me in a wave of wasted spirits.

Through barely opened eyes, I could make out the broken limbs, the bloodied parts, the....bloodshot eyes...the bloodshot eyes...

"This was it" I thought to myself.

Gritting my teeth, I yelled "COME AND GET ME YOU BASTARDS!" once more in defiance; to the mass of chaos, and to the stars watching above.

~Chapter 5 and 6 were split in half, for this chapter was running long with my full original plan :) Hope you enjoyed reading so far and I must say, Akuario is one defiant trucker XD but where's his sister at?
