The sounds of the raindrops falling on the ground and the roof of your home brought a serene peace. It was a bright night with the full moon shining through your window. The interested of your child mind pulled you to the window to watch the stars and the moon.
As you looked around the village, you see a figure standing by the forest near the village entrance. It looked as if it was looking at you. The eerie sound of a lullaby catches your ears as the figure walks in the village. You see the woman in a hare mask. Her black eyes looking at you. There was something in those eyes that scared you.
——
Anna looked at the small girl who looked back at her. The feeling in her tightening at the sight. This was going to be her child. She wasn't going to let her slip away. She inched closer, watching the girl and humming the lullaby her mother would song to her. The small (h/c) haired girl gave a look of fright. The Huntress wouldn't let this chance to pass. Under the full moon's pale light, she brought the axe in her hands down upon the door, breaking it down. There stood the horrified parents of the girl. Anna tilted her head and looked at the parents as the father ran to the kitchen. Here eyes narrowed quickly and she threw a hatchet straight into the man's head. The mother screamed in horror and ran towards the stairs only to fall to Anna's deadly hatchets.
Anna grabbed her hatchets and headed up the stairs and went to the girl's room.

You listened to the scream of your mother as you hide in the closet, clutching your only support you had left. In your arms was a small patchy bear that was given to you by your late grandma. The sound of the humming was louder as the door creaked open. The tears fell down your face as she searched the room for you. The sound of fabric ripping almost made you squeak. The strange woman had torn the sheets of your bed, trying to see if you were under the bed.
Soon a noise of disappointment fell from the woman's lips. You prayed that she would leave, but you heard the sound of the footsteps stop before your closet door. The creak of the door opening rang in your ears and revealed to you the woman who killed your parents.
"Pl-Please! D-Don't hurt me!" You let out a small cry. You screamed when you were grabbed and swung over the shoulder of the huntress. You didn't dare try anything, afraid and weak by the presence of the horror of a woman holding you. She started humming again, you felt your eyes start to get heavy.
"Please.... let me.... go." You whispered before being carried down. The woman ignored you as she hummed. Soon your eyes shut as sleep overtakes you.

Anna set the small girl down by the wall and grabs the shackles and puts them on the young child. The only words from her lips, gently filling the quiet air.
"I'll keep you safe. The forest is dangerous."

When you awoke, the small amount of light from the outside hit your face. The chains were digging into you. You looked around from your spot. A blanket was covering you. You heard the humming in the distance as Anna made her way back.
"I... I need to escape." You whispered to yourself. You looked for anything to get you free. It was too late as the Huntress walked back in with some water. You watched her crouch before you, holding out a cup of water. You didn't touch it. Anna emphasized that you should take the cup.
With a small gulp you take the cup, not trusting the woman in front of you. The stare of the woman before you made you even more nervous. "Why me?" You asked.
