Time waits for no one

You're supposed to start a new part of your life. You're supposed to turn to a new page and accept the fact that time waits for no one. Everything will continue to move forward and unless you start running with the time, you will be left behind. You're supposed to feel heartbreak. You're supposed to feel pain and sadness and loss. You will miss the people that time swallowed whole until your heart stops beating; but your life has to continue and move on. You have to move forward. You can not continue handing out chance after chance and get out of jail free cards. You have to learn to stand up for yourself. You are not a doormat—do not allow yourself to get stomped on. You are a person. An extraordinary, wonderful person. There will be bumps in the road, and terrible days. But you can't give up. You can't give up because tomorrow is a new day. You have the choice to make tomorrow better.
So make it better.
