Adrias POV
Matt dropped me off at home and kissed me goodnight.
As I entered the house, I heard my mom on the phone.
"Okay. Alright bye" she said hanging up
"Hey mom" I said
"Oh hey. So I just got a call from work and I have a buisness trip for 2 months. It seems like your gonna have to stay with you're dad I'm Hawaii for that time because you can't stay here alone and I can't take you with me."
"...What?...."
"I'm sorry Adria. You'll only be staying with him for 2 months until I get back. You'll probably be leaving in 2 days since I'm leaving in 3."
"2 days? For 2 months??? Stuff can change in 2 months... What if Matt finds someone else? What if everything is different when I come back?" I said
"I'm sorry but it has to be this way. You should probably get packing. I'll call your dad and tell him the news."
I was shocked. I'm leaving here for 2 months and I don't want to go. I want to stay here...
I went up to my room to call Matt and tell him about the news.
.......
"Hello?" Matt said
"Hey Matt... I have some bad news."
"What happened?" he asked
"I have to leave for 2 months. My mom is going on a buissnes trip and I have to stay with my dad."
"Really? Isn't there any other way you could stay?" he asked in a sad voice
"No... I'm gonna miss you Matt..."
He sighed.
"I'll miss you too...."
