Irene's POV
I always wonder why I feel empty inside, like I have no purpose in life. I feel I'm missing something or maybe someone in my life. My name is Bae Joohyun, I'm a pure blood vampire. Though I'm not like every other vampire, I have a special thing about me and it's my eyes. While glowing my left eye is red, but my right eye happens to be a deep black galaxy color. My parents told me that I was born this way, they also had spoken about a very old myth about my eye that could be true. It is said that were two vampires with one eye red while the other is a galaxy color and that they were destined to fall in love and be eternally bonded together. In my 800 years on this planet I have not felt real love. So I traveled to keep myself entertained but I ended staying in Korea. I have two amazing friends, the first is Park Sooyoung. I call her Joy for short, she is taller than me and has a very wide smile. She always lightens the mood and can be savage sometimes. My other best friend is Kim Yerim, the maknae is the very definition of savage and cute. They have been with me for a very long time now, they also know about my special eye and that I'm a vampire. Yerim always said she wanted to be one when she grew up and I didn't want to let them go and me keep going with life, so I turned the that way we could stay together.
Well now I'm preparing to go out to get my daily cup of tea at my favorite cafe. I get up and shower, I get out and add some light make up. I walk out of the bathroom and head to my closet to choose what I should wear. I pick out a white & black shirt that is stripped with mickey mouse on it and a black skirt. I curl my hair a bit and put on my sneakers. Grabbing my keys and bag, I head out and walk to the cafe since it's not that far from my house. I always loved walking and enjoying the nature outside. Finally, I arrive and order my tea and sit by the window in the corner of the cafe. I watch as all the people cross the streets and wait for cars to pass by. I get lost in my thoughts, but I quickly snap out of it as I receive a text from Joy.
Joy: Unnie are you on your way? Did you forget we are having a picnic today.
Me: Oh right, sorry I'm at the cafe having some tea. I'll head over there right now. See you soon. 😘😘
Joy: Ok unnie. See you. ❤
I walk out of the cafe and start heading to Joy's house. While I wait to cross a road, I see a girl on the other side. She is very pretty.I feel she resembles a very cuddly bear and looks so innocent. I start walking across, me and the girl briefly touch shoulders but I feel a pull towards her. I can't control my body and end up making the girl face me. She looks into my eyes and I look back. My eyes start glowing as do her's but when they do I gasp. Her left eye is the same as my galaxy eye while her right is red. I freeze in place and start to wonder if the story is actually true. After some time I come to my senses and back up.
"Mianhae" It's all I manage to say before I run away from her. As I approach Joy's house, my mind was focused on one thing only. That girl was just like me. The myth also came into play, it must be true but it is a very old story. I doubt something like that could ever happen.
Seulgi's POV
I'm Kang Seulgi. A pure blood vampire and around 600 years old. I come from a old but royal family, although my parents died a couple days after I was born. I was taken in by my aunt Taeyon and grew alongside Son Songwan or Wendy for short. They too are vampires. Wendy and I have been through many ups and downs, she knows all my secrets. Including the secret about my eyes. While glowing my right eye is red, but my left is a dark black galaxy color. She say she heard a story that could have something to do with my eye, but she can't seem to recall it. She always says that I'm a very happy person and I look like a bear. Although to me, I don't really see anything intriguing so I find life boring. Wendy can change that for me, since we spend so much time together I forget about the emptiness I feel inside. Although today I plan on meeting up with her at our favorite cafe. We plan on heading out to shop and spend time together. I head out wear light make up an my hair down. I have on a yellow crop top hoodie and white shorts with yellow socks and white sneakers. As I make my way through a crowd of people I wait to cross a road. I spot a girl wearing a striped shirt and a black skirt. We start walking and pass each other. Out of the blue she turns me around and locks eyes with me. I feel my eyes glow, revealing my dark eye. My eyes widen when I realized she has the exact same color but on her other eye. Aside from the color, I feel something inside me, a strong pull. We freeze and stare at each other until the girl looks away and bows down.
"Mianhae" She spoke softly, and started running away. I wanted to say something to her but she was quick. I continue my way to meet up with Wendy at the cafe. I was confused and wondered what the encounter meant. I was only focused on that girl, I want to know who she is and why this is happening to me.
