                                                       Dusty's POV

I was in my hangar when a large rumble sounded. I jumped, startled. A large flash lit the hangar making me edge into a corner. As the storm prolonged, I got more and more scared until I was a quivering mass under my tarp. Thunder storms weren't that common in Propwash Juction, but when they did come it would take hours of Dottie and Chug begging to convince me to come out. I let out a small whimper just before another flash came. Feeblely looking out my window, I saw Skipper's hangar. He was there, he was big, and I would be safe there, I thought. After opening the door, I had to get to Skipper, I gulped and rolled on. There was the loud boom of thunder and I rushed to Skipper's hangar. Knowing better than to rush in, I silently opened the door and found a small corner to nuzzle into.

Only a few minutes of being there, Skipper woke up. I gulped and backed farther into the corner.

"What are you doin' here kid?" A flash of lightning scared me even further back

"Um.. I'm afraid of thunder storms." I squeaked. Skip motioned me towards him, I followed obediently. Instictively when the next round of thunder came, I snuggled next to him whimpering loudly.

"Wha? Look kid..." I was whining softly in his side, he sighed. "I don't know why I'm letting you do this, but fine." he muttered with little anger in his voice.

"Thanks dad" I murmured between whimpers. Then straightening relizing what I had said. I blushed a little hoping he didn't notice I had said anything.

"Dusty? ... Okay" Eventually we both drifted off to sleep.

                                          Dottie's POV

There was a mega huge storm last night and I was wondering how Dusty did through this one. I went out to his hangar and was surprised to find him gone. His fear of storms was so strong he couldn't leave the safety of his hangar hours after it passed. Chug and I searched all of Propwash Junction before seeing if Skipper or Sparky had seen him. When we opened the door, Dusty was still dozing next to a resting Skipper. Chug and I left without waking them.

Hey guys, Jewel Mcqeen here, my younger sister (who refers to herself as Skillz) thought that these cute stories should hold you off until I can complete mine. This first one is mine, and I'm sorry if I make Dusty kinda kiddish, but it was a cute story of a father/son relationship between the two. Skillz and I are openly taking suggestions (This can include some sadder things like a crash (minor crashes) or death of a realative, but nothing too sad, this is cute not sad) we will be back soon. Happy Pi day!
