On a lazy summer morning
With the morning star still shining away
On a lazy summer morning
When the dawn's just breaking out
And the birds still flying away
The city still in hangover of the night
And just some lonsesome soul dragging on the streetsOn a lazy summer morning
When the cycle of life is still at a pause
I will come to you
And take you off
Far from the madness of this life
To the hills that we have just heard of yet
To the streams that we haven't seen yet
To some small village far, far away
Where there's no words, no whispers of the life we leftWe will walk under the glow of the sun
On lands no one travelled on yet
From peaks in snow
To forests dense
From seas boundless
To deserts insaneHand in hand
Side by side
No tears no guilts for the past behind
No thoughts no worries for the future ahead
We will walk on and on
One day at a timeTaking in the beauty all around us
The beauty of the hills as they softly glow
The beauty of the birds as away they go
The beauty of the streams as they flow
The beauty that surrounds you and me from head to toeOn some lazy summer morning
When you've just woke up
Worrying about the day yet to be
On some lazy summer morning
When you think you're done
You can come to your window
And take a look
Far in the horizon you'll see a blip
A man trodding on and on
Then you can stop worrying
And pack all your griefs
And rest assured
For finally I've come......
