Today is the day alex is taking me to court.
I got dressed
Did my hair .
I called my mom and asked if should babysit Joey for a little bit.
I went to joeys room and got him in the car.
I drove to my moms dropped him off and went to court.
I met my lawyer there.
I waited until court started. In the corner of my eye I saw Alex and his supposedly lawyer making out.
A single tear ran down my cheek.
The judge hit her hammer down on the Coster.
Immediately focusing everyone.
"Today we bring in Vanessa Ona and Alex Guzman Fighting for the custody of Joey Guzman" the judge said reading the info the lawyer collected.
"Vanessa may you come up to the stand"the judge said looking at me.
"I walk up to the stand as my lawyer walks up to ask me questions
"So Vanessa how long have you been raising Joey"
"3 years"
"Why did you raise Joey alone?"
"Alex walked out on me as soon as I told him"
"Did he ever provide money or at least something for the baby"
"No"
"So those are some reasons why you should let Vanessa keep full custody of her baby"
"Vanessa you may sit back down, Alex to the stand now " the judge said
Alex and his "lawyer " go up to the stand
"Alex have you ever even takin care of the baby"
"No but I want to be in his life"
"Therefore I grant Alex Guzman full custody of Joey Guzman on THE WEEKEND "
I sighed walking up to Alex and his slutty lawyer making out
"Only on the weekend Alex"
"Only on the weekends"
Alex's pov
I looked at Vanessa.She looked amazing.
My lawyer is just my side chick but she thinks we R a thing she started making out with me after the court hearing but I pushed her away.
