I woke up to blaring of my alarm. I heard Harlem growl and I turned over to shut it off. I sat up, looks like it's time to wake everyone up so we can go see the 'important surprise' from the police station. I got out of bed and knocked on mom's door. "Mama, time to wake up. We need to leave soon" I heard a groan and I moved onto Mickey's room. "Wake up! We have to leave soon" I said barging into her room. Then I did the same to Suzie in her room. Then I was onto Jane. I knocked onto the door and opened it quietly. "Jane" I whispered. I went up to her bed. "Jane" I whispered again. She fluttered her eyes open and looked at me. "Wakey wakey. We need to leave soon. Get ready" She nodded and sat up. Then I went to Dawn's room and knelled down to her bed. I rubbed her arm until she started to turn. "Dawn. Wake up" I soothed. She looked up at me and shut her eyes again. "Come on, we need to leave soon" She groaned but sat up anyways. 

I left her room and headed back to mine. I grabbed a gray pair of jeans, a panda sweatshirt, and some knee high boots. I applied some simple makeup and combed my hair after I took a quick bath. I grabbed my phone and saw that it was 8:45. The police station is about 10 minutes away so that should be enough time if we leave right now. I grabbed my purse and went downstairs. "Is everyone ready?" I shouted from the stairs. They all ran down except for mom, she walked down. They all nodded and we walked out to the cars. "I'll take Jane and Dawn if you take Mickey and Suzie?" Mom said, more like a question. I nodded and we got into the cars. 

I started the car and blasted the heat and defrosters. I backed out of the driveway and headed to the station. "I wonder if it's about Bloom and Roy" Suzie said. I shrugged and soon pulled into the parking lot of the station. Mom soon followed and we all got out of the car and walked in together. "Hello. How may I help you?" The lady at the front desk asked. "Hello, we got a request from the police yesterday at the party to come her 9:00 sharp. Do you happen to know why?" My mother asked. The lady shrugged. "I'll come find Hopper for you" She was about to get up when Hopper came up from behind her. "No worries, i'm right here. Follow me" He ordered. We followed him into an office in the main hallway. 

"So you may be wondering why I told you to come here" He said. We all nodded. "Well," He started. He sighed. "You see, we have a light lead on your missing family members" He said. My mom gasped. "Where are they??" She demanded. "I don't know for sure, but we were able to get a license plate number off the van from the camera. We have the location but it's not in the state. So we have to see if another state will help us accomplish this" My mom almost started crying. "It's okay mommy" Dawn comforted her. "In the mean time, we really need your help" He begged. We looked at him confused. "With what?" I asked. He took a deep breath. 

"You see, on Wednesday we got a call from a hospital. They said that the parents of infant twins were killed in head on collision. But the babies are okay. That asked us to find the hit and runner and if we could find someone to care for the children for now. I figured, that you guys would be the perfect fit. I mean, look, you guys have many people who can care for them. We will give you monthly supplies for the babies and all you have to do is care for them until the could be able to find a forever home. Would you be able to do that for us?" He begged. "I mean, I don't know what to say" My mother chocked on her words. "I don't have enough money for two babies in the house" She said. "That's why we will give you every supply you need. We will stock you up every week" He reassured her.

"I mean..." She paused. "I guess I could try to help" She said. Is she serious? Does she know how much work that will be? We have a party tonight! We won't be able to take the babies there! "Perfect!" He chanted. He went to an attached room and came out with a baby girl and one of the other cops were holding a baby boy. "This is Rosie, and that's Leo. They are a month old. They still are very sensitive and but they are very quiet." Hopper said. "May I hold them?" Mom asked. He nodded and handed them hold to her. She held one in each arm. "They're so precious" She was in love, clearly. They probably remind her of Bloom and Roy. 

"Thank you so much" Hopper said. "We will send an officer to your car and put every supply we've bought so far in there. Where would you life the baby seats?" He asked. "In my car" Mom said. "You can take the girl home" She looked at me while Hopper called the front desk. I nodded. "Perfect! Here, I'll help you bring the children to the car." Hopper grabbed Leo and we all walked out of the station. Two of the cops were already putting things inside the car. One buckled the seats in so mom and Hopper put the babies in. "Thank you guys so much!" Hopper said. We all nodded and said you're welcome or no problem. "Merry Christmas Eve everyone!" He cheered. He ruffled Jane's hair and she smiled at him and hugged him. "Be safe out there" He said. We all told him to have a merry Christmas eve and started our way back home. 

When we got home we brought every single thing for the babies in the house. We put it into Bloom's room for now. "I'll make the cribs. Do you want it in your room ma?" Suzie asked. "Yes please" She said. Suzie nodded and brought the packs to mom's room to start building it. "Kaysie, can you text the Wheeler's and ask them if taking the twins would be a big problem?" Mother asked me. I nodded and took my phone out and sent a text to Mike.

Heyyy :) So, Hopper decided to give us baby twins... Would it be okay if they come today? Or would it be too distracting? If it's too much then one of us can stay home it's okay :)

I waited for a response and got one kind of quickly.

I Just asked my mom. She said it's perfectly okay to bring them here. She would like to see them lol

I replied with a quick thanks and told mom we could bring them. She nodded so I decided to sit on the couch and watch some The Walking Dead until it was about time to start getting ready for Mike's party.
