Why me?! I could have stayed home with everyone else, but no, I was in the handful that had to leave.
It has been awful ever since we were dropped here. At first we were okay, a little bigger even, but that hope was only a lie. Slowly we started to die one by one. The smallest was gone so soon, we couldn't even he him call for help.
At first we thought that a terrible thing, but later learned the screaming was the worst part.
Death didn't take ahold of us quickly. No. Instead it was a slow process of slowly withering away. Do you know the horrors of watching your friends slowly die, knowing that there is nothing you can do to save them? I'll tell you that it's excruciating.
We all tried to live as long as possible, but death is inescapable. After several heat wrenching days, (though it felt like only minutes), I was the sole survivor. But after everyone faded from life I no longer knew the point in living. I didn't even know if anyone would remember me or care if I were gone.
So I as felt that swirling sensation, I embraced death fully and withered away to join the others who had left me.

A/N: The story ends and I'm ever more tired. If you liked it I would love to know that, if you didn't, please tell me in a kind way, I also would like to know. And if your just skimming things or ignoring it all together, your just like me so.... I'm not judging. And please, please, alert me of any incorrect spelling, grammar, etc.
