In Konoha
Anko and Kakashi were drinking with Asuma, Kurenai, Gai, Hayate and Genma. They were all drunk and Kakashi and Anko start flirting with each other. After an hour Gai and Hayate had left. A few more hour pass and Anko and Kakashi left and Kakashi accompanied Anko home. But it didn't end there. Anko opens the door and drags Kakashi in kick the door closed. She pulled Kakashi mask down and kiss him. It became heated make out until it went to the bedroom.

the next day
Anko woke up with a splitting headache and felt weight on her body look to her left to see an unmasked Kakashi and she was naked and all their clothes were all over the floor. She woke up Kakashi and he eyes widened and started to say sorry. Both of them didn't remember anything so they didn't know if they used protection or not.
A few months later
Kakashi was visiting Anko to see how she was doing. When he come to her door and knocked. There was no answer. 'She shouldn't be on a mission' he thought. Kakashi push the door open and heard someone throwing up. So he went to the bathroom and found Anko around the toilet throwing up so he went and rubbed her back and he felt guilty because he could of made her pregnant. She look at him and smile and went back to throwing up. "Have u check" he asked her "check what" "if you are pregnant" "No why" "fine I will get one" he left to get a test.
When he got back
Anko did the test and wait till the result came
POSITIVE
She was pregnant with Kakashi baby
