The mood had been morose. Rain hadn’t stopped showering down in the meadows; the sky was as pale as it could get; all that was visible was the endless blank path, followed by a path of light leading the way. “Chrono, look up.” Sencca said. A light brush of wind withdrew past the 18 year old male. The sight of his younger sibling’s kasa in the air was quickly drawn to his attention. “I’m already on it!” she yelled. “And this time, we’re not letting it get away!” The rain cascaded down the flowers as the velocity in Chrono’s legs increased exponentially. As they inched closer to what they strived for, their vision blurred when finally distinguishing truth from fantasy. The sun beamed in their pupils and everything they once knew came back and reflected on their life…”Sencca, my brother..we can go home now!”
