(Another song yet from the show "Wolf's Rain" its the outro music that plays at the end of every episode. Once again I highly recommend this anime)

I slowly open my eyes and notice that I was being carried my my Father. I look around and realize that we were surrounded by woods.

"Oh, good, you're awake." Father huffs, dropping me onto the floor with a thud.

I cough and look up to see mother emotionless and Father smiling. I was so confused, where is- then everything hit me.

"I can't believe you." Father snarls at me.

"W-what do you mean?" I stutter, staying on the floor.

"You're a disgrace. You weren't fast enough to save your brother from getting squashed from that Giant!" He kicks me at the side of my face and growls at me.

"What are you talking about?" I whimper, looking over at my mother as she looks away, still emotionless.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about," He snarls "I just wish that the beast took you instead of him, its pitiful, really."

"I-"

"That's why we're leaving you in the dust." He interrupts me.

I couldn't help but open my mouth ajar. I know that my Father was a jerk, but leaving me alone, in the wilderness?!

"You can't do that-"

"I just did!" He kicks me to the ground again.

He shoves his foot in my face and twists it from side to side. My tears slowly mixed in with the dirk below us.

"This is how you're brother died, do you think that he enjoyed dying like that?! Huh, HUH?!?!" He growled even more.

"S-stop!" I cry, making him push harder.

"This is the cold truth, (Y/n)! This is what he felt!" He finally took his foot off of my face and spit on me.

" I should've just left you there with that Giant. At least he would've known what to do with a dumb ass like you!" He laughed.

"Enjoy the wilderness. We hope not to see you ever again!" He laughs even harder, kicking some dirt at me.

Father gives me one more hard look up and down and turned around. He grabbed my mother's hand as they slowly walked off, leaving me in the dirt.

"M-mom?" I whimper, seeing her look back behind her shoulder.

She didn't say a word. She only shook her head in disapproval and turned back around as they made their trail away from me. I try to stand up to follow them, but I quickly fell back down and yelled in pain. They didn't even hesitate to see if I was okay. They didn't even stop, or skip a step. They continued to walk as if I weren't there behind them. I was left alone.

Time seemed to slip by as the sun soon started to set. I was walking into what seemed to be a Giant city. There were Ginormous cars driving by and people walking here and there. I hid in the bushes of a sidewalk, taking a breather after what seemed like forever ago.

The instant I sat down, I started to cry. I couldn't take it anymore. I just wanted to be left alone so I can die and meet my brother once again. God I miss Sage so much. Why did it end like this. I just wanted to be back to where we were yesterday. We were sword fighting. Not a care in the world. We were laughing and having fun, like always.

Well, I can't stay here forever, I gotta keep moving. I slowly stood up and jumped once I heard a sound ruffle over me. Before I could react, a hand quickly traps me in my place. I scream and squirm, feeling a wave of vertigo hit me.

"Aww, poor little gal." A female voice coos over me.

I quickly squeeze my eyes shut and whimper. I didn't want to look at my killer in the face.

"Don't worry, I'll take you to the shop, they'll know how to take care of you." She whispers.

I feel her giant finger brush against my back, making me whimper. Tears pour out of my eyes as I sit still and wait for my death to come near. Oddly enough, nothing was happening. I open my eyes and notice that this female was taking me inside this small building. It had cages lined up on shelves. Different arrangements of animals were stuck in each of these small cages, making me feel pity for them.

"Luckily you were only a block away from the pet shop. Don't be afraid, they'll know what to do." She giggles. This girl wasn't as old as I thought she'd be. She looked fairly like a 12 year old.

I started to freak out as she places me at the table where two men were working. They all start to talk, but I was too busy trying to figure out how I was going to escape. Before I could do anything, one of the men pick me out of the girls hand and takes me to a cage. He sets me into the cage and shuts it.

"No, no no no!" I yell, running over to the front of the cage.

He ignores my calls and goes back to his work. I felt so lost. I don't know where I was, or where I was going next, but I didn't like that I was alone. I had no more family. I had no more purpose. I just wanted to rot away. Never to be found.

Slowly sliding into the back owner of the cage. I place my head in my knees and start to silently cry. I'm scared. I'm so so scared.

I'm so alone.....
