Chapter 1

Beam P.OV

"But I am a MAN!" I exclaimed. My face heats up in embarrassment as their eyes fixated on me, standing abashed at my seat. I doze off. All their heads turned on me. I was in instant spotlight. Many restless nights passed since we first met. I hardly sleep at night.

"Yes Mr. Thanapon', Mrs. Dale asked inquisitively. I just bit my tongue and shook my head.

"Are you sure, Mr. Thanapon' ? ' She asked again.

"Yes. Mrs. Dale. I am sorry for interrupting your class", I said apologetically. She nodded. I was about to sit down when a sudden voice made me stopped. My heart beats faster than normal. I innocently placed a hand in my chest wondering why it keeps on pounding whenever I hear his voice.

"Mr. Thanapon' , would you mind telling us your dream?" he asked sarcastically. I was taken aback to his question, wishing that someone will interrupt the conversation but everyone just intently gazing to us. Since Tae is their future Alpha, no one dare to interfere. Some werewolves with Alpha's blood are pretty scary, they make you trembled in fear sometimes. No one opposes an Alpha unless you are ready to risk your life. They are afraid of him but I'm not.

"Mr. Darvid" I waited until my heart calmed down and fake smiled towards his direction.

"I'm sorry to disappoint you but its invasion of privacy'.

"Maybe, unless you are willing enough to tell us why you blurted out those words out of nowhere, am I right? It's not an invasion of privacy if the party is willing" he smirked. I stood stiffly. He wanted me to speak the truth but no way in hell I'll tell him what my dream is all about. My finger curls into a ball wanting to punch him right away but I need to calm myself. This is all his fault. The thoughts of him occupied my mind. He keeps on running on my mind every night that made me stay awake. I sighed.

'The horoscope must be blame!' I thought.

"First of all, I already apologized about my behavior, Secondly, I owe no explanation to you and thirdly, mind your own business", I snapped. He clicked his tongue.

"Your business will be my business soon"

"Are you insinuating something?"

"Should I tell the crowd? I wouldn't mind if---"

"Shut-up!!"

"Is everything fine between the two of you Mr. Darvid and Mr. Thanapon?" Mrs. Dale finally interrupted.

"Everything is fine. You don't need to worry." Tae answered confidently. "Right, Tee? " he asked me for confirmation. My heart pound too loud as my name slips to his lips. It's so sweet to hear. It's like a lullaby in my ears.

The lectures continued as if nothing happened. Yes, I am haunted by the famous Tae Darvid His handsome face that makes every girl go wild. Truthfully, he makes men even jealous of his beauty. Does moon goddess fair enough to her children? I don't think so. He is a living goddess himself. He might be the Mr. Handsome or Mr. Hot guy but I don't feel anything for him, except the irregular beatings of my heart whenever he came near me. Based on science, palpitation is normal, so I guess it is just a normal reaction of the body depends on the emotion showed.

It never came into my mind that I'm being swooned over by a man. Honestly, unlike Phana who knew since birth that he is a wolf, mine didn't show up again after I was miraculously healed or shall I say my curse lifted.

I didn't even see him. I was in comma when I shifted so I never have any idea. I recently found out that my parents are werewolves. Indeed, they hid the truth in me. But my mother was a half breed.
