Happy. Happiness. Cheerful. Wonderful. Amazed. Excited. Amused. What are these words? What do they mean? Let me tell you... they all mean happy...well some of them do. Now, happy isn't in my dictionary. I prefer the word sad...damaged, broken, beaten, gloomy, pain, bleak...there are so many words for sad and broken. I'm probably overreacting about sadness and all that but Hey, I'm not sorry about it.

"Sierra!" a loud voice said making me come back to reality. I looked at my teacher Mr. Woods.

"I'm sorry." I said almost in a whisper, "Continue teaching class." I let out a nervous chuckle and other people laughed at me. I ignored them and smiled at the teacher softly who then nodded at me. Mr. Woods continued to teach the class and I let out a sigh, looking back at the window.

"Hey..." someone whispered next to me and I looked at them raising an eyebrow. Only to find that it was Archer. Archer, Archer, Archer, it's always Archer. The hottest, fuckboy, player, womanizer, bad boy in school. The list goes on and on for him. He's the one who bullies me and makes my life a living hell even though I already told him I am already in hell.

"What do you want, now?" I asked him frowning a bit. He chuckles evilly and darkly.

"You know what I want." He smirked at me. I gave him a disgusted look.

"No, I don't know what you want now please just leave me alone," I say aloud. I look into his brown eyes showing me anger in them. He leans in and whispers something into my ear sending shivers down my spine.

"I'm never gonna leave you alone. I'll make you lose everything you love!"

I gasped but my anger boiled up as well. "You already did!" I yelled, "What more can you do?!"

He leaned back creating some distance between us. "I have a whole lot of stuff planned for you."

"What did I ever do to you?!" I sneered, "I've never even-"

"You know what you fucking did! You'll pay!"

with that being said he got up and left the classroom without permission. The teacher yelled at Archer but he didn't listen. I was in pure shock at his anger and him.

********

It was lunchtime and sadly I don't have any friends to share my lunch with. Heck, I wouldn't even share my lunch what am I even talking about.

I chuckle a little just saying that in my mind.

I walk into the lunch room and I see my table which has no one sitting there. I get used to it and I still don't care whether or not people sit at that table. I walk to it and sat down. I took my food out of my sack and ate peacefully. I closed my eyes and let out a long sigh enjoying the peacefulness around me. It's like one of those moments where you can close your eyes and block the noises around you. Then it would feel like your hair is flowing in the wind and once you open your eyes you would see a perfect view of mountains, lakes, trees, and nature. I opened my eyes expecting to see that but only found people eating, staring, and laughing at me for no entire reason.

I rolled my eyes and looked around the cafeteria. My eyes traveled to Archer's table that isn't that far away from mine. As I looked at Archer his brown eyes met mine with an intense stare. My eyes widen and I quickly looked away. I could still feel his eyes on me making goosebumps run up and down my spine. I was about to get up to throw my food away but a hand slammed on my table. My eyes traveled up the hand to their arm with little veins in them. Then I fully looked up seeing Archer looking at me.

"Sit back down." He growled and I did as I was told. I was shaking a bit but I breathe in and out. I felt Archer's finger under my chin and he lifts it up making me look at him.

"I'm gonna tell you this." He said looking into my eyes and I looked back into his. His eyes showed lots of emotions but one I see guilt. Why would he be guilty?

" Can you eat?" He says with a small innocent smile on his lips.

I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out. "Can you eat?!" He yelled and I jumped as he raised his powerful voice.

"N-No," I said while stuttering.

"Then tell me...Why are you fucking eating?!!" He shouted at me and I closed my eyes shut. "Open your eyes and look at me!"

I carefully opened my eyes and I noticed that he was really close to me. His lips were almost touching mine and it felt like my breath was caught in my throat. He noticed that he was pretty close as well and his eyes flickered down to my lips. My eyes widen. He averted his eyes and looked back at me. His features relaxed a bit and he backed away from me. He let out a sigh and cleared his throat.

I raised my eyebrow at him but he didn't say anything. He left without another word leaving me confused as ever.

"What the heck was that?" A voice said behind me. I turned around seeing a girl with glasses and brunette hair.

"Um, what?" I said tilting my head in confusion.

"What was that all about?" She asks wiggling her eyebrows at me

"I-I don't know. And who are you?" I asked her she chuckles cutely and walks to me. She then sticks her hand out for me to shake and I accept.

"I'm Adara nice to meet you." she smiles softly at me and I smile back.

"Are you like...new here?" I asked her and she nods.

"I'm afraid so." She did a small pout and I chuckled. "You know not most people seem nice here and I just wanted to know if you were."

"I think I am." I said laughing a bit, "But don't worry I'm not like those other people."

She smiles brightly at me and sits down next to me. "Good. I'm your new best friend." she winked at me and I shook my head with a small smile on my lips.

I guess it doesn't hurt feeling happy once in a while. Right now I'm pretty happy and it feels good. "I'm Sierra," I said to Adara and she nods smiling proudly at me.

"That's a pretty name." She comments and I thanked her.

I think everything is turning out to be bright and happy. And I guess I kind of like it.
