synopsis

Payton's an aspiring actress who takes her job as a Disney princess seriously. So seriously she'll act like Snow White while at the grocery store or on the bus because she's a method actress, damn it. Also, she can't book acting gigs anywhere else and she really doesn't want to lose her job.

Molly's a kid at heart and a tour guide at the Jungle Cruise. She gets in a lot of trouble for telling inappropriate jokes and flirting with dads. She probably has no business working at a family theme park, but they haven't fired her yet so she keeps showing up.

Evie works at Space Mountain and loves all things Star Wars. While she's great at writing fan fiction about Chewbecca, she's not so great at conversation unless you like random Princess Leia trivia.

Sloane serves food at the Blue Bayou and every time she has to tell people to "have a magical day", she dies a little inside. She'd rather work at the Haunted Mansion. At least it matches her personality. If she had it her way, she'd marry some rich dude and never work another day in her life.

And then there's Briar who sells Mickey Mouse ears and plush toys at the Emporium all while dealing with screaming children and a Disney prince who wants her number. She doesn't believe in fairytales. She's just trying to survive. That changes, though, when she meets Seth: a light-hearted and loveable portrait artist with a love for magic tricks and dole whips. He's determined to show Briar that dreams are worth having and happily ever afters can come true after all.
