CHAPTER 1 ( daughter-in-law) my sleep was interrupted by a loud banging sound at the door.
i said "come in" and the loud banging was from our very own Alicia jade we are bestfriends but she works as my part time maid
she said " Selena , the king and queen asks for your presence"
i just answered " whatever i will be right down"
she left when i said that she knew i wasn't a morning person
I was like throwing weird faces behind her back . I know childish but thats who I am.
after she left i kept on mumbling curses under my breath i mean who does that .
no one just wakes me up without feeling my wrath but shes my bff i'll just let it slide.
i went to my bathroom and took a shower .i changed into cute black shorts that Alicia gave me and paired it with my favorite white tee that says PRINCESS and 2 inch stilettos . and went to the dining room to eat breakfast.
i know what your saying ' The king and queen are waiting for you' No Way! . I'm eating first .
i reached the living room and i saw my mom and dad sitting with a couple i never seen before .the couple glanced at me then they smiled like they were seeing the one that will marry their family .
i was freaked out who the hell in this world smiles at a person they don't even know. i just walk to the dining room 3x faster . as i entered the room i was welcomed by blueberry pancakes mmmm my fave. i sat at my usual chair and ate quietly .
after eating my 2nd piece i knew i was full . you think i stopped eating because i don't want to get fat ha ha you must be fuckin kidding me i never get fuckin fat. its my talent. a very useful talent . so i went to the dining room to meet my parents as i went to the living room i see the couple still smiling at me.
talk about fuckin awkward. i greeted my mother and father with a fake smile" good morning mother, father "
then my father spoke up "Selena this is Marie and Stephen "
i said " hello " i wasn't expecting them to say anything
ooh but they did the woman who was Marie said " so you're Selena I'm happy to call you our daughter-in-law" that sentence made my jaw drop down i kept thinking in my head what it is i faced my mother she was relaxed but her eyes showed that she was very nervous.
when the couple left i took this as a chance to talk " mom what does she mean . why did she tell me i was her daughter-in-law . "
she looked at me with a heart warming smile but i was too irritated so i gave the smile back and said with a thousand daggers shooting from my eyes " mom answer me .....MOM!!!!"
