Jimin's POV
I was patently waiting for Jungkook in my office. As I heard the door open and the sound of faint footsteps, I took my gaze off the paper I was reading. "Good morning, take a seat," I said before averting my gaze more on him. "I have a mission for you, it's small, but it's a good learning tool to acquire," he nodded as he took a seat across from me. "What is this mission for?" He asked. I interlock my fingers before continuing. "A test, but think of it as training at my old home," I said while slightly smiling. He nodded again before standing up, "I won't disappoint you your majesty." He was about to leave but I stopped him before he could, "wait." He turned around once again to face me.
"It's important that you leave for a month. I'll contact you if anything changes," I said before letting him leave again.
I watched as he strolled out my office. I let out a slight sigh before tapping on my keyboard again. I needed to plan something special with Y/n.
After pondering on what to do, I decided on a great idea. "She'll love this." I say before grabbing my coat off the chair.
I walked down the long hall that led to our room. I stopped before the door. Giving it a slight tap with my knuckle. "Yes?" A small voice could be heard on the other end. "Y/n, it's me. I have something planned for us. Get dressed please dear and come down." I said before leaving the presence of our bedroom door.
Your POV
As I got dressed I felt a slight tighten in my stomach. "What did he plan for us to do?" I asked myself. Even though I wasn't happy with him for everything he's done. I wanted to get to know him as well. Maybe it will help me forget about Jungkook? I don't know.
I made my way down the hall. Admiring all the paintings on the walls. When I reached the stairs I could see him patiently waiting for me at the bottom. He seemed to be scrolling through his phone. When would I get my phone back? Maybe never. He probably doesn't trust me enough for that.
I strolled down the steps. Clearing my throat I watched his eyes shoot up from his phone. "Ahh, it's good to see you my dear." He says with an eye smile, forming two lines on his face. "Y-yes...what have you planned for today?" I asked.
He placed his phone back in his pocket before reaching his hand out to me. "It's a surprise honey." He said. I took his hand, as we walked out of the manor. For some reason, him calling me all these names was comforting in a way. He didn't seem so intimidating. But I could be wrong too.
I breathed the fresh air that my lungs have been longing for. A smile formed on my lips as I took in my surroundings. He tugged on my hand slightly as we walked on the side of the remarkably beautiful manor that stalked over us. This place was massive, it must be nice to be so rich and have royal blood run through your veins. A vampire prince, that's what Jimin is.
We turned the corner to walk behind the stoned building. His hand was warm in mine. I watched as he ran his fingers through his hair. Holding his hand tightly, i stayed silent.
When we finally reached the wooded path, I was almost scared, hesitant to go further. It reminded me when I got kidnapped. He could tell my sudden resistance when I stopped walking. "Y/n, it's okay, nothings going to get you." He said as he pulled me into his strong arms. "I promise I won't let anything hurt you." He said before planting a soft kiss on my forehead. Funny...you were the one that got me before. Am I that stupid to want to stay with my kidnapper? I'm married to him now.
I've just married my kidnapper. Though I had no choice.
I let out a long sigh before nodding my head against his chest. He slowly pulled back and intertwined our fingers together as we strolled through the wooded forest. "It's right around here." He said.
We came across a beautiful meadow of roses when we neared the out. It was astonishing to see such a beautifully created bed of flowers. My favorite type too. I almost wanted to cry. How long has it been since I've seen such beautiful flowers? Too long.
"I brought someone here a long time ago..." he started. He slowly dropped his head, looking down at the ground beneath him. "Sadly...they didn't get to see it long." He muttered before quickly averting his eyes back on me. "Silly silly, don't mind my rambling. Let's see the flowers shall we?" He said with a more cheerful tone this time. I just hesitantly nodded.
What was that about?
I laid in the bed of red, lush, and beauty. Staring up at the sky, I wondered if I'd ever see my mother again.
Though. In the back of my head. I think not.
Jimin slid closer to me on the ground we were both planted on. His eyes were glued on me the whole time. "Do you like it here?" He asked. I turned my head toward him, about to raise my hand but my fingers got caught in the vines. Causing the thorns to pierce my flesh mercilessly. I let out a yelp from the sudden pain that's caused, I lift my body up to untangle my fingers. The blood from the puncture trickled down my hand, falling onto the ground beneath the bed of roses.
Jimin's POV
I was busy admiring her beauty that I never realized she caught her hand in the poisonous vines. My eyes widened when she let out a small noise of pain. My eyebrows furrowed together, I slid closer to her and grabbed her small hand in mine. "It's okay, I'll take care of it for you." I said.
She looked at me bewildered with fear and horror. "N-no, I can do it-" I placed my finger on her soft lips and shook my head, "No need."
I pull a cloth out from my pants pocket and dab at the blood that runs down her hand. Wrapping the cloth around her finger I put some small pressure on it. She slightly winces from the harmless pain. I grab a bandage from my pocket. A bandaid. I pull off the sticky tab and place it around her finger. "There, see. That wasn't to bad was it now?" I chuckle at her, giving her my eye smile as usual. "Good as new darling." I say again before leaning in to place a soft kiss on her forehead.
Getting up, I help pull her up after me to get her on foot. "Shall we go back?" I asked. She nodded with a slight smile. A faint tint of pink covered her cheeks. It was faint, but the color was still there.
I just smiled and admired her cute innocent blush.
