Williams tired voice filled Rowan's ears. She was pulled out of her thoughts when his voice murmured her name. "Rowan? What's wrong? Are you okay?" He rambled and she was frozen.

"Umm," she started. "I don't know why I called you but Elise and Amelia are sleeping and I just got in a huge fight with my best friend who just confessed his love to me and I don't want to be alone and I need someone here with me so I don't have a panic attack."

Rowan had a history of panic attacks. Rowan started getting panic attacks after her high school boyfriend cheated on her. She thought they were going to get married and be high school sweethearts, but that clearly wasn't his idea.

"I'll be right there. Just text me your address. You're going to be okay, don't hang up." William rushed to Rowan's the second she sent him her address. William knocked on the door to Rowan's apartment and she opened the door. He wrapped her in a hug and her breathing started to calm down once she inhaled his scent. "I got you, beautiful. There's nothing to worry about." He whispered to her as she tried to calm herself down. Finally, she had stopped crying.

"I'm really sorry I know it's late and you probably have hockey tomorrow and I know you probably don't want to see me because I basically told you I want nothing to do with you which I didn't really mean but I just wanted to follow what I thought was right for me and I'm really sorry." She blabbered and William put a hand on her shoulder.

"Rowan, I care about you far too much to have you panicking. I don't care about whether or not I have hockey tomorrow. Babcock will understand. Do you want to talk about it, do you want to watch a movie, do you want to sleep?" He asked her.

"I don't want to talk about it because I'll have a panic attack again. One day, I'll tell you why I'm like this. But today's not that day. Can we just sleep? I know you're tired, and I'm barely keeping my eyes open over here." She joked and he nodded, smiling.

"I can just sleep on the couch if you want to bring me some blankets." He offered and she shook her head. "Nonsense. I'll take the couch. You came all the way out here just to make sure I was okay. You take my bed, if that's okay with you." Rowan argued and he smiled. "Well, if it's okay with you, how about me both sleep in your bed? Then I will be able to sleep knowing you're okay and we both get the comfy bed." He smiled and she shrugged. "I'm not complaining about that." She joked and he laughed.

William was wearing a pair of basketball shorts and a Maple Leafs shirt. He put his hands on the bottom to take it off when he remembered Rowan. "Oh, is this okay? I can't sleep with a shirt on." He said and she nodded. "Ya, that's fine." She turned her head to hide her blushing face when he took his shirt off.

She knew he played hockey but wow, did that boy have a nice body. She put on a pair of PJ shorts and an over sized t shirt and climbed into bed. William was already in, all the way to one side of the bed.

"Goodnight, Rowan." He whispered and she smiled. "Night, William. Thanks for being here for me." She said before she drifted off. Right as she drifted off, William placed a soft kiss on her forehead, admiring the beautiful girl before falling into slumber himself, not before scooching towards her and wrapping her in his arms as he fell asleep.
