~Luna Luciano~
"LUNAAA" Arie screamed.I jolted out of bed and grabbed her wrist and pinned her face down on the floor. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry. Why do you always have to scream like that?" I said while get off of her.
"Well I didn't know you would do something like that." I lended out my hand for her and I pulled her up. "And besides today is the day I get to film my video. We're going to the haunted asylum tonight." She swayed her hips out of my room then she turned around. "Where did you even learn those moves."
I turned away and looked at the floor. "Oh uhh.. I used to do karate." I nervously smiled. That's a lie but she can't know how I know how to fight. "Okay, then. By the way where something warm." She then walked out of the room.
I fell on the bed and covered my face with the pillow. Aria has been on YouTube for years, she has at least 500,000 subscribers. We've been friends since I moved from New Jersey to LA. You could say I had a very troubled life back in New Jersey and some people would say I had the life but they didn't know the real things that happened. Which is a story to tell another time. Just to let you know now my fake name is Luna Violet, that's what everyone here in LA knows me as.
I decided to scroll through Instagram to look at other people's post. Then I stopped at a picture of a family with smiles on there face and my eyes started to sting a little. I wished I had the average normal family but no. All I know I moved out here to get the better life that I deserve and I'm going to raise my family right.
"I know what could cheer me up, FOOD!" I ran out of my room to find into my kitchen in my apartment that I share with Aria by the way. I decided to make myself and Aria waffles with Nutella. Her favorite breakfast.
Once I finished topping the waffle with Nutella and strawberries, I heard someone running in. "Do I smell waffles with Nutella?" She said out of breathe due to running. "Yes you do." I let out a little chuckle while handing her a plate.
We sat down at the table and I looked out the window. I love my condo it's so beautiful, even though I was raised in a wealthy family with millions I bought this myself with the money I worked for. I'm paying for everything in LA from my condo to college. Where I get the money you may ask, I'm a well paid celebrity makeup artist.
"Okay, we should start getting ready for tonight. Make sure you bring an extra SD card." She got up and put her plate in the sink. I got up and washed the dishes and went up to my room to get ready.
Firstly, I pack my bag with waters, food, an extra camera and two extra SD cards. I zipped up my bag and started doing my make up. I put mascara on which would make my light green eyes pop but I have to conceal them with brown contacts, also a little concealer under my eyes so I actually don't look dead.
Then, I looked in my closet to see what I should wear. Let me check the temperature tonight first. Okay, it's only going to be 60 degrees tonight. So I decided to wear army green jeans with a black wool sweater and black boots. Maybe I'll wear a white scarf with it too just in case.
I looked at myself in the mirror and I realized I should probably straighten my hair or brush it at least. Ehh I'll just brush it I'm too lazy. I took my brush off my dresser and brushed through my long cascade of chestnut hair.
Knock-knock
"Luna come on it's an two hour drive." Arie screamed on the other side of the door."Okay, I'll be right out." I grabbed my bag and ran out of the door and took the elevator down to Aria's car. Then we were off to a new adventure. Aria loves her YouTube channel so much and she will do anything to make her fans happy. She loves watching other people do crazy stuff like we are doing tonight. But me I'm not very into social media, I try to stay away so no one tries to find me. Since I was a kid I knew how to cover my tracks. I have many secrets and my biggest is the worst. But I'm not ready to tell you just yet. Maybe I'll just rest because we'll be up all night working on Ari's video.
My eyes slowly start to shut and get heavy and I was out for the car ride.
