Bad things

I woke up to find Doms arms wrapped tightly around me. I smiled softly to myself and snuggled into his chest. I looked up at his peacefully sleeping face and pressed a kiss to his lips before grabbing an outfit out of the wardrobe before making my way downstairs to the bathroom. I quickly got dressed and made my way down to the garage before sitting down at a computer and sorting out an engine fitting for one of Doms friends. Not too long after, Jesse walked in. 

"Hey Jesse," I smiled and he grinned at me, walking over. 

"Hey Rory," he said. "What's up?" He asked. 

"Nothing much. Just waiting for Brian to come along with Doms car," I smiled and he nodded.

"Well, I'm just off to get started on your car," he smiled and I nodded. 

"Hey Jess," I said to grab his attention and he turned. "Thank you," I smiled and blew him a kiss which he pretended to catch and put in his pocket.

"I'll save it for a rainy day," he said and patted his pocket before walking in the direction of my car. I chuckled and turned back to the computer. Suddenly a girl walked into the door and I looked up. She had beautiful blonde hair and blue eyes. She waved at me and walked over.

"Hey. My names Ella O'Connor, I'm here to see Jesse," she said. I nodded and pointed into the back of the garage. She thanked me and walked away and I slowly got up so I could watch her. I watched her like a hawk to make sure she wouldn't hurt Jesse. Just then Leon walked in and dramatically leant across the desk making me laugh. 

"Leo stop it," I said and he grinned at me before standing up. 

"Want anything for breakfast?" He asked and I nodded. 

"I'm craving a bacon sandwich like mad," I said and he nodded. 

"With ketchup?" He asked. 

"You know it baby," i smiled and Leon chuckled before walking off. I turned back to my computer once I heard the small ding of an email alert. I opened it to see a conformation of the next Race Wars. I let out a small 'whoop' as Vince walked in. He came over to my desk. 

"I'm sorry for last night," he mumbled and i smiled. 

"Its ok Vince. I shouldn't have yelled," i said and hugged him before going back to the email. Vince looked over my shoulder and i could practically see the smirk on his face. 

"Race Wars?" He asked and i turned to look at him, a smile on my face.

"Hell yeah,"

I could hear someone pulling up outside the garage so i wiped my hands on an old cloth and went to have a looks see. I almost laughed at the sight i saw. Brian had picked up the biggest piece of crap i had ever seen and brought it to the garage. 

"Jesus Bri, dont tell me that's Doms car," i said and he nodded. "We're not fucking miracle workers," Then Dom turned round and came over. 

"What you got there?" He asked and put his arm around my waist. 

"It's your car," he said proudly and Jesse went over to examine it. 

"That's my car?" He questioned and pointed to himself. "I asked for a ten second car not a ten minute car," he said and Jesse tapped the hood. 

"You could push this across the finish line," he joked. 

"Or tow it," I giggled. Dom chuckled and pressed a kiss to my hair. “Seriously though Brian. What were you thinking?” I asked. 

“I think you should take a proper look. A car can only be judged by what’s under its hood,” Brian said. Dom nodded and looked at Jesse. 

“Go and have a look Jesse,” Dom said and Jesse nodded. He popped the hood and let out a long whistle. 

“Dom! Check this out!” Jesse said and I grinned at him. 

“I’ll leave you boys to play with your toys,” I grinned and pressed a kiss to Dom’s cheek, my hand on his chest. “I’ll see you at dinner Dom,” I smiled and walked outside to where my car was parked. I drove down to the beach and lay down on the roof of my car, basking in the sunlight.

I soon fell asleep but after half an hour woke up to a hand gripping my arm. I sat up and raised my glasses to see my dad glaring at me. 

“H-h-Hia daddy,” I stuttered. 

“You little cow,” he growled and pulled me off the roof of my car. I crashed to the floor and scraped my knee on a sharp rock. As soon as I stood up my knee started to gush with blood. “Pathetic. You run away and now your bleeding,” 

“Sorry daddy,” I whimpered and pressed my hands on the cut, desperately trying to stop the bleeding but only making my hands slick with blood.

“Silly little girl,” he seethed and slapped me around the face. I fell to the floor, my eyes watering as I put my bloody hand to my throbbing cheek.

“Sorry,” I whispered and stood up, one hand on my cheek, the other becoming covered in sand, the sand sticking to the blood.

“Stop apologising,” he yelled and kicked me in the stomach as I was trying to get up, knocking me back down and knocking the breath out of me. As I tried to get back up I felt a hand on my elbow. Someone was trying to help me up. 

“Take it easy hot stuff,” someone muttered. I knew instantly it was Leon. 

“Leon,” I whispered. Suddenly my brother stepped into view. “Vince no!” I yelled. 

“Leon. Get Aurora back to Dom. I have to deal with my dad,” Vince said and my dad smirked. 

“Vince!” I yelled and struggled against Leon as he forced me into the passenger side of my car. Leon closed the door and just as I got the strength to raise my arm Leon drove off.
