He didn't remember anything from before. Not his name, his family, or what he was. All he knew is that everything hurt and the light in the room was too bright for his liking. His sight was unfocused and blurry giving him a headache. Groaning he stayed still, covering his eyes with his arm. His thoughts whirled in his mind, what was he doing here? What was this place?
The door to his room hissed opened, cautiously he sat up, cowering in the corner of the white room. A woman walked in holding a tray of tiny equipment he couldn't recognize. Behind her stepped in a man dressed in a white lab coat and a blue latex gloves. A warning bell rang inside his head but he didn't know why. His gut told him to bolt but he didn't move a muscle, he didn't know if he could even run.
"Now Wonwoo, you served your purpose. It's time for you to tell the world goodbye."
Wonwoo...
He had a name.
Fear welled up in his chest, his life was about to end just as he discovered who he was. He couldn't let that happen, he had to do something. The fear in him increased as he slowly ran out of options the closer the man got to him.
Hurry, think, think. think!
And then something inside him clicked and the world went dark.
