Home sweet home

"Eve wake up you going to be late!" My mom yelled from down stairs.
I was still putting my hair in a bun and trying to do a little makeup before I leave for the day. I headed down the stairs hoping just to run out the door, only to find my mother blocking the it.
"What took you so long?"
"Nothing my minds in lala land as you like the say."
"Dont be give me attitude."
"Sorry, can I go now?"
"Fine"
I steped out the door and grabbed my bike and started making my way down the street turning and making my way to work. As i zoomed past I saw a mysterious man out of the corner of my eye. He was in a black cape in the middle of the summer! what is he crazy? I just ignored it and hit a rock making me fly of my bike and land really hard on the floor. People gathered to see if I was okay, but i had to ignore them i was already late for work.
"What happened to you and whats with the hair?" My manager asked
"I fell of my bike and I was running late sorry."
"No it's ok really i get it."
The work day was busy and fast but slow during some times. I hate having to work I'm so young I have a life but i have to work for my moms sake. Ever since my father walked out I've had to help my mom with the bills. Tonight I was taking my time to get home I had my bike but I didnt want to ride it. As I was walking a saw the same guy I did at the market earlier.
"Hey you're the shadow man I saw earlier!" I shouted
The man took off his hood. What the hell he had horns and weird marks on his face.
"My princes, the island needs you please come back, for fill you promise. You do remember you promise right?"

"Wait why did you call me princess I am no royale and what island and what promise?"

"Well you father is the king of the Island of the mist and he has been taken over by darkness the evil wizard please come with me I'm sure if you see the island you remember."
The man but out his hand offering me to take it

"Who are you and what is your name?"

"How stupid can I be!" He chuckled
"My name is Elron I'm a fairy I work for Lady Maria the ruler of the east forest." 
Unknowingly I took his hand. Even though I didnt know or have ever heard of this place I thought it might have been some where in American but I was wrong. The swirling feeling I had was gone and when I opened my eyes the somewhere or place I had been taken to was beautiful. Its so hard to explain but the flowers, the trees, the sky, the stars, stars even though the sun was out, everything was so beautiful and unbelievable.
"Where are we?" I asked
"The Island of the Mist." Elron said calming put proudly.
