Quick announcement. This is a remade book. Most things will be different, if not, the same. The way you will be reading it as your name is (y/n) and any other prompts I will put normally. i.e (favorite colour), (favourite food), (last name), etc. Some, scenarios or aspects of the story might not be accurate to you as a person, as in, say you don't have a step-father, but there's one in the story; just go alone with it and the story will end up being fine.

I hope you thoroughly enjoy the book and have a nice time reading. I will update whenever I can.

"Oh (y/n), why would a man whore be good for you?" My friend asked me during lunch. I shook my head unsure of why I even liked this kid in the first place. I'd only seem him once walking through the forest. He was marking up trees with a dagger or something.

"How do you even know he's a 'man whore'? You've never met him and neither have I." I dug into my stale lunch, cringing a bit at how it tasted and putting it down in disgust. "I mean, come on, he had a dagger, I would't trust him all that much either way. It seems to risky."

"Well then there you go (y/n), the simple fact that you've never met him and still like him is astonishing to say the least. How could you even manage that? You know better." She was right, I should know better, and yet, I don't. I've already had thoughts about searching for him, finding out about him.

The lunch bell rang. My friend and I exchanged our goodbyes and went off to the last three periods of classes. Nothing spectacular, all the boring ones were at the end of the day. And math was in a two story building, so I needed to climb stairs just to go to a class that was my least favourite.

As I climbed up the stairs and began dragging my feet to math, I noticed something out of the window, it was swift and fast, most likely a bird. As I got to my class I sat down, only to have a major headache begin. There was a lot of chatter, so I'm just gonna assume that's all it was. I whispered small cuss words to myself as it began to pound. It was like a train hitting me in every direction. It surged through my whole body, and I started feeling dizzy and sick. I couldn't think straight and I sure as hell couldn't move.

The teacher must have noticed me although because she rushed over to me and kept looking for something to show what was wrong. I was blacking out, and it was so difficult to breathe. The window giving off light made it worse, and I had to force myself to get up and leave the classroom.

That is, until I blacked out.

I awoke at home, my mother caring over my sickly attitude and make sure I wasn't pretty much dead.

"Thank God, that you're awake. I wouldn't know what I would have done." Relief was in her voice, it was pleasant. And my headache was gone, completely, I had no idea what happened during the black out. That's really all I could remember anyways. "(y/n) are you alright? What happened?"

"I... I don't know. The last thing I remembered was dropping to the floor."

After hours of trying to explain to my mom everything that had happened, it turned nighttime and I needed fresh air, it felt like I hadn't had it in so long.

As I stepped off the front porch to our cozy home, I took in a deep breath of air. It was so nice, and fresh, I could stay outside forever. It was warm; although that's thanks to my (favourite colour) flannel. Mom had fallen asleep, she looked so tired today.

Humming to myself I stepped on our neighborhood street and stepped over cracks and did marvelous step work. It wasn't ballet, but it wasn't normal dancing. I'm just very fluent and graceful that it ends up being something else.

It was nearing ten at night when I felt more awake than ever. I was singing and dancing on the pitch black street, as if I was dancing in the void. I had my eyes closed and I knew exactly what to do, and what steps to take. I was so entranced, everything around me practically disappeared. Until I came face to face with a wide grin. A bloody one at that. I fell back, afraid and eyes wide.

"You're very beautiful when you're dancing, care to come back with me and put on a little show?" He grinned wider, placing a dagger to the bottom of my chin. I didn't know what to do. "Pitiful, you're just like all the others, no answer but will just stare. Am I too good to be true?"

"You... You're the person I saw... in the forest..."  I choked on my words, afraid if I said the wrong thing, he'd cut me up and throw me out.

"I knew I felt someone's eyes on me. Little stalker aren't you?" He chuckled. "Now, you will follow my orders, or I will make you smile the same way I do." He stopped grinning and his dark eyes stared me down. I nodded, unsure of what he'd want.

"Y... Yes, I will..."

"Good." And before I knew it, I was in pitch black darkness once again. Had he knocked me out? What for? Did I die? Is this death? I have so many questions.

I guess I'll have to wait for them all to be answered on if I wake up or not.

There you go guys, over 800 words for the first chapter, it might seem a little rushed, sorry for that, but it's better than the last one for sure. I have no idea how long this book, let alone these chapters, are gonna be. Hope you enjoyed.
