Chapter One
Nylas POV

Today is the first day of highschool. I am petrified. I don't have many friends, well any at all. I have loads of siblings though. Most of them are younger than me, but I have three big brothers, two of them are twins. Then I have two little brothers, and three little sisters. But most people say away from me because of my brothers. They say they are big and bad but my brothers are just adorable giant teddy bears, who would rip your throat out if you ever came even close to hurting me. Luckily I have classes with Caden, at least I'll have someone to talk to. And since we are starting high school that means all the surrounding packs will now be in our school. So maybe I'll end up making some friends.

~First Period~
Caden and I are sitting in the back of the classroom when the door opens and in walks these two boys, who I can smell from across the room. They smell amazing. The tanner one smells like freshly mowed grass, and the other one smells like old books (idk why but I love that smell). The teacher stares at them and proceeds to say "Boys, you must be new here. Tell the class your names and your rankings, and then have a seat in the back by Mr. Caden Grey. The tanner one steps up, smirking and says, "my name is Ryker Adams, son of the alpha of the Evergreen Pack." He smirks and pushes his friend forward. "Um- uh, my name is Oliver Steele, son of the alpha of the Rivid Pack." They quickly walk to the back where me and my brother are sitting. 'I wonder if they are like my mates or something, hmm I doubt it.' I say in my mind. There have been legends of women with two mates but I have never seen it, it is so rare.

~Oliver's POV~
As we walk to the back of the room, the intoxicating smell grows stronger, my wolf keeps telling me my mate is in this room, but I cannot figure out who. Ryker and I sit next to the dude the teacher told us to and I can smell her, she smells like roses, she's right next to Caden, why? Does she like him? I decide that I'm going to have a conversation with Ryker. "Ry, bro I think I found my mate!" I said. He smiles really wide and says "me too, she's over there." I turn to see who he's pointing to and he's pointing to MY mate. "No, man that's my mate!" I whisper yell at him. "Bro, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" "Probably not." "We have a shared mate, like the ones in the legends!" "But how? We are both destined to be Alpha."

It's not very long and most of the chapters are probably going to be this length sorry. And shoutout to Griffin, Evan, and Seth for helping me choose names. And to Camielle for helping me decide to write this.
