Chapter 1

Take My Umbrella.

As I watch him walk away, I felt tears streaming down my face.

He broke up with me, all this time he was in love with my best friend Leila!

He only used me to get close to her, and that b*tch actually was going out with him behind my back. What a great friend.

I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.

I looked at the screen and felt my blood boil.

"Hello, Leila" I said, trying to sound normal.

"Hey Lisanna, I guess Jake told you he is now going out with ME, so don't try anything. Bye"

Before I could say anything she hanged up. I can't believe she was my best friend!

How can a person change so fast?!

As I stared at my phone, still speechless, it began to rain. And again I felt tears coming up.

I don't care that I was wearing my favorite shirt,short shorts and flip flops standing in the rain, crying where everyone can see me.

Then the rain stopped . I looked up at the dark sky but it was still raining.

Then I noticed someone standing next to me holding a light blue umbrella above my head.

It was a handsome young boy with light brown hair and beautiful green eyes, he looks like he's the same age as me. (16 years old)

"You will catch a cold like this" he said with a soft voice.

He gave me the umbrella and walked away in the rain, and leaving me with his umbrella still thinking how good looking he was.

When I got home I went straight to the mirror.

Staring at a girl with wet black&brown hair and brown eyes.

I have bags under my eyes from the crying.

Ughhh what will that boy think of me?

Why can't I get him out of my mind! Because he is so handsome?

I looked at the mirror and told myself "How can I think about that boy whose name I don't even know, when I lost my boyfriend and best friend today?!"

I sighed and just went to sleep.

"Lisanna, wake up!"I heard my mom scream.

I looked at the clock it was 10:32 Saturday.

Still a little sleepy I walked to the bathroom. I took a short shower,brushed my teeth and did my hair. I didn't even bother to do my make up, only my mom is gonna see me.

I pulled my white T-shirt over my head and slipped in my black skinny jeans.

I walked downstairs seeing my mother in the kitchen making breakfast.

I sat on a chair in the kitchen ,waiting for my breakfast.

"Hee hun " she said "you know that empty house next to us?" she gave me a plate with pancakes while she talked " its sold! they moved in yesterday. Isn't that nice? They have kids, the same age as you! Do you want to greet them ? she asked happily.

I don't really want to go,so after I finished my pancakes I walked back to my room.

I did the laundry,put it on my balcony and sat down on the chair besides it and read a book.

After a while the wind blew my sock away and it landed at the balcony of the new neighbors right next to mine.

I carefully climbed over and took my sock.

Then the curtains suddenly opened, I stood eye in eye with a boy with beautiful green eyes.
