Back in the jet, we had Loki in handcuffs and strapped into a seat. Stark, Cap, and I stood talking.
"I don't like it." Cap whispered.
"What? Rock Of Ages giving up so easily?" Tony replied.
"I don't remember it being that easy," Cap said. "I mean, this guy packs a wallop."
"Well, you were pretty spry, for an older fellow" I say. Tony smirks at my comment. Steve just keeps glancing at Loki.
"Yeah, what's your thing? Poloties?" Tony asks.
"What?" Cap asks, confused.
"You know, like calisthenics. You may have missed a few things sending time as a Capsicle." Tony replied.
"Okay, Tony, now your taking it too far." I said.
"You started it!" Tony yelled, sounding like a child.
Just then, we heard a loud rumble and saw lightning.
"Where's this coming from?" Natasha asked.
Loki seemed to tense up in his seat with a worries look on his face. I smirked at this.
"What's the matter? Scared of a little lightning?" I asked, mockingly.
He looked at me and said, "I'm not overly fond of what follows."
Suddenly, there was a bang on the top of the jet. The doors opened to reveal a tall man with long blonde hair in what seemed to be Asgardian armour. He wielded a large hammer which looked very heavy.
The man started to walk towards Loki, but I stepped in front of him.
"Hey, wha-" I started before I was interrupted by his hammer colliding with my face. I flew back on the floor, writhing in pain. I was right, that hammer is very heavy.
"Stephanie!" Steve called. my vision was blurry, but I managed to see Steve run toward me, while the tall blonde man grabbed Loki and jump out of the jet.
"Loki." I managed to stutter out. I could now feel the blood trickling down my head, where the hammer made contact.
Steve stood up and made his way to the back of the jet. He grabbed a parachute and started strapping it into his body.
"I'd sit this one out, Cap." Natasha said.
"I don't see how I can, he had the nerve to hit a woman. And a pretty one at that." Steve replied.
I wanted to smile, but it hurt too much. I was slowly fading out of reality.
"These guys come from legend, they're basically gods." Natasha said quickly.
"There's only one god, ma'am. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that." Steve retorted.
"Look after Stephanie she must have a concussion after that blow." Steve said, sounding concerned.
"Will do, Cap." Natasha replied.
And the last thing I saw was Steve jumping out of the jet, before I blacked out.
