Devi's Pov~
As I awoke from a deep sleep, I started having flashbacks about meeting Nash Grier. That's all I have been thinking about since it happened. He was so kind, I barely found any flaws in him. He gave me his number and I gave him mine, he said we should 'hang.' But, we haven't yet. It's been several days, but he seems like a busy person, so I wasn't bugging him about it. When I woke this afternoon, I was awoken by a noise, it was my phone. I grabbed it off my bedside table, and checked it? It was a message from Nash. 'Hey, I'm sorry I haven't hung out with you yet. I have been busy, and I was wondering since I'm not to busy today or tomorrow, if I could come over?' I texted back with a simple message. 'It's okay, and sure. Could I invite my friend Alissa?' he texted back almost seconds later. 'Sure, but could I bring Shawn?' I texted back. 'Sure. See you at let's say, five pm, and I'll text you my address later okay?' 'Yeah, okay, see you guys then.' I put my phone on the bedside table, and got up to get dressed. I changed my outfit over and over again, until I made it perfect. I finished dressing, and got my phone and texted my best friend Alissa.
Alissa's Pov~
*beep* "God! Where is my phone!" *beep* "Mom?!?!" *beep* "Oh meh god! Where is that stupid phone at?!?" *beep* "Uh, mom?" "Yes Alissa?" she yelled from the kitchen. "Have you seen my phone?" I asked loudly. "Yes, have you checked you're pockets lately?" she yelled back sarcastically. "Uhh..." I said quietly. "Oh, haha nevermind!" I yelled to my mom, as I checked my phone. It was a text from Devi. 'Hey, so can you come over? Like now. Also Shawn, and Nash are going to be here later.' 'OH MI GOSH! Yes, and Shawn?!?! And Nash?!?! Since when do you know them?!' I texted quickly not minding the errors. 'Uh, yeah. I um, met Nash. Haha.' 'Y u no tell me this?' I texted back rushing to get out of the house. 'Um, I'll see you when you get here. Okay?' she texted. 'Okay, TTFN.' I said as I got into my car. ~At Devi's House~ "Devi?" I called out as I walked into her house. "I'm in the kitchen!" she yelled from the exact area she said she was in. "Hey gurl." I said walking into the room. "Hai!" she yelled. "Dang! Don't gotta be loud." I said covering my ears. "Sorry." she said quietly. "It's fine, let's start setting up the movies, and snacks." I suggested. "Yeah come on." ~Nash and Shawn arrive~ "Hey Devi!" Nash said walking into the house, then he went over, and gave her a hug. "Hey!" she said hugging him lightly. "Hey Devi." Shawn said as he walked closer to us. "And you must be Alissa." Shawn then said turning to face me. "Umm. Y-yeah. Alissa that's me." I stuttered, and blushed a ton. "Hey." Nash said to you before you all went into Devi's room to watch movies, and eat snacks. Once we were downstairs Nash asked if we wanted to watch a horror movie. We all decided on 'The Conjuring.' "Alissa, I'm horrified." Devi whispered to me during the movie. I guess Nash heard, because he put his arms around Devi and held her close. I will admit I was jealous, she had somebody, and I didn't. I know there not dating, but I can see the way they look at each other, he's going to ask her soon. I looked next to me, and there I saw Shawn had fallen asleep. He looked even cuter sleeping. "Alissa?" he asked as he woke up. "Yes, Shawn?" "How much longer is the movie?" "Oh. Um, about thirty minutes." "Okay, I'm really tired." he said rubbing his eyes. I then turned to Devi. "Hey, Devi can I show Shawn his room for the night?" "Uh, sure. It's my sister's room. But you two kinda have to share a room. Sorry." "It's okay." I looked back at Shawn and said. "Hey, come on. I'll show you the room." "Okay." he said as we walked to the door. "Bye guys. Have fun." I said, and winked to Devi. "Yeah, goodnight." Devi said, and Nash just nodded.
Devi's Pov~
"Ugh!" I said walking to the door of my room. "Haven't you people ever heard of, closing the goddamn door!" I yelled to Alissa, and Shawn. "No!" Alissa yelled back. "Whatever!" I yelled back, as I closed, and locked the door, and walked to Nash. "Nash. You have to sleep on the floor." "What?! Not fair! I deserve the bed!" he said a little to loudly. "Can you at least scoot over?" "Nope." he said trying to take up the whole bed. "You're such a jerk." I said fake pouting. "I'm sorry, come on." he said scooting over, and patting the spot next to him. " Thank you." I said sitting next to him. He then pulled me closer to him, and I put my head on his shoulder. I was thinking about so many things, I never thought this would happen to me. I never expected Nash 'fucking' Grier would ever even talk to me. This was all... like a dream. "Hey, Devi. I have something to ask." he said quietly. "Sure, what is it?" "Um, would you um. Like to um. B-be my gir-girlfriend." he finally spit out. "Of course, why are you so nervous?" "I don't know buttercup." he said regaining his confidence. "Buttercup? Is that like my nickname, or something now?" I asked trying not to laugh. "You're going to have many, many nicknames princess." "Okay bunnykins." I said sarcastically. "I actually like that nickname." he said honestly. "Okay, 'bunnykins'. Can we go to sleep now?" I said getting tired out of nowhere. "Yeah, babe. I just want to try something." he said. Just then he closed the distance between us. He kissed me with lust, but I pulled away from the kisses he gave me, so it didn't get anywhere. "Come on Devi. Our friends won't hear anything." "It's not that, I've just never, gone farther than kissing, and I'm scared." I said unsure of how he'll think of me, he looked at me apologetically. "I'm sorry, Devi, I didn't know. I just really really like you. And I know it's insane, because we barely know each other, and we just meet a little while ago, I just can't help it. But I can wait. Until you're ready." he said quietly. "Okay, it would mean a lot. I just- I don't know. I'm sorry." I said about to cry. "Hey, there's no need to cry, I won't dislike you, or anything, just because you don't want to do anything sexual with me." he said sincerely. "Okay, can we just go to sleep now?" I said laying down. "Yeah, come here." he said as he held you close. I fell asleep with him whispering how beautiful he thought I was.
Alissa's Pov~
As Shawn and I were walking upstairs I heard Devi yell. "Haven't you people ever heard of, closing the goddamn door!" (A/N: Haha, Panic! At The Disco.) "No!" I yelled back. "Whatever!" she yelled slamming her door shut. We walked into the room, and I walked to the bed. "Should I sleep on the floor then?" he asked pointing to the soft carpet flooring. "Uh, yeah. Sorry." I said as I handed him a blanket, and pillow. "No, it's fine. Trust me." he said sweetly as he laid down on his little bed thing he made to sleep on. "Okay, well goodnight Shawn." I said as I turned out the light, and went back to the bed to sleep. "Goodnight Alissa, sweet dreams." he said as he fell into a deep slumber. ~2am~ I woke up to someone opening a door. "Shawn?" I called out. "Sorry did I wake you?" he asked whispering. "Yeah, but don't mind it. So, where are you are you going at-" I looked at my phone to check the time."-2 am in the morning?" I finished. "I was going to get something to eat. Um, do you want to come with me?" he asked as sweet as ever. "Yes, of course. I'm starving!" I whisper-yelled as I got up, and walked to the door. " Okay come on Alissa." Shawn said opening the door. "Ladies first" Shawn said stepping out of the way, so I could walk ahead of him. "Uh, no thanks I'd rather not." I said quietly. "Why not? What's wrong?" he asked concerned. "I'm um. This is embarrassing. I'm kinda..." I trailed off. "Kinda what?" he asked. "...scared of the dark." I said at almost lightning speed. "Okay, calm down, you'll be fine. I'm here with you, there's nothing you need to worry about." he said, giving me a reassuring smile. "Okay. Let's go get something to eat then." I said smiling back. When we started to walk Shawn grabbed my hand and held it softly, but I was super freakin' scared, so I squeezed his hand tighter, causing him to hold a little tighter. It was so dark Shawn kinda walked into a wall. We bust into fits of laughter, and couldn't stop. Finally we did stop, when I heard his stomach growl. (A/N Ugh! I absolutely dislike when people use the word growl, to describe it. But whatever.) "Shawn... we should... get some food." I said in between laughing. "Yeah... we should." he said laughing as he stood up. We walked into the kitchen, and opened the fridge. "Uh, what should we eat." he said. "We bought ice cream earlier." I said opening the freezer. "What kind?" he asked looking over my shoulder. "Caramel, and Vanilla." "I guess that works." he said grabbing both the cartons. I went and got spoons, and I grabbed two sodas out of the fridge. He looked at me quizzingly. "Won't Devi be mad if we eat, and drink all her stuff." he said. "No, this was bought for the overnight party." I said. "Okay, let's go." When we were walking to the room Shawn made sure not to walk into a wall again. When we got in the room, I went over to the TV and picked out a Disney movie. "Shawn, would you rather watch 'Finding Nemo', or 'Monster's Inc.'" I said holding the two movies up. "Um, both are good. Maybe 'Monster's Inc.'" "Okay." I said putting the disc into the DVD player. I went over to the bed and grabbed the ice cream and sat down, the Shawn scooted closer to me. I put my head on his shoulder, and started eating ice cream out of the carton. Shawn looked at me, it looked like he was thinking about saying something, but he didn't say a thing. After we finished the ice cream, and soda, the movie still wasn't over. Shawn went in the kitchen to throw the evidence away. When he got back, he crawled into the bed, next to me. He looked nervous as he got closer to me, and wrapped his arms around my waist. I was staring into his eyes, as he got closer, and brushed his lips against my own. "Goddnight, Alissa. Sweet dreams." he said regaining his calm. "Night shawn. I'll see you in the morning. Well afternoon, I sleep in." I said laughing quietly. "Goodnight." he said as his lips touched mine once more. Well, this was the best night ever.
