chapter 2 : Mythical High.

Syrena's P.O.V

I dug my fork into what seemed like some gray and limp goo but it was supposed to be spaghetti and gravy it had unexplainable green bits in it which I secretly thought were the lunch ladie's boogers yuck! I was looking around for Oceania but she said she had extra work to do helping someone know the school better.She had been sitting with a merman today in our disgusting school bus the reason I say disgusting for the bus is because its black completely and utterly BLACK.Time to introduce you to our school it's like a refuge for mythical creatures you see long ago humans and mythical creatures used to live together in peace and harmony until most of the vampires decided to start taking all humans down one by one they sucked all the humans' blood (like literally no blood in their body just mindless blood-sucking zombies) until they had an entire army of them. All the magical creatures decided to completely get rid of the vampires so they built a huge huge building full of magical charms around it and no,there did not put any garlic around it what humans say about garlic burning vampires is about as true as our canteen's food is good so its utterly wrong infact vampires love garlic they like it second after fresh human blood.So back to topic the building had charms all over it cast by the most powerful of mythical creatures but one more charm was the most powerful, consc'i evol this charm was like no other whenever a vampire or any other unpleasent creature wanders near the school they immedeatly burn into ashes the other charms only protect the school but this charm is dangerous in the wrong hands very,. very dangerous.But not all vampires are bad, some are good (can you say good?),well good enough to differentiate between right and wrong I mean they still suck blood but they do not turn them into zombies.Well the consc'i evol (charm protecting the school) is only so powerful that For the sake of mankind only a drop (it's in a bottle it was crushed into liquid dont ask how)of the charm was taken for the protection of the school and that one drop is powerful enough to destroy Africa and Asia so the whole bottle?Possibly the whole milky way galaxy.So the most powerful wizards from each mythological creature (only good creatures) came to put a charm and the charm can  not destroy any continents  but it can protect 5000 million metres that's how powerful it is.But after the war when vampires were driven into hiding the charm was placed inside our school the school is 2 million metres big not counting the underground classes and halls that are approximately 3 million metres not counting the super underground place, it's where spells,spell books,hexes,jinxes and elemental books (the the power to control the 4 elements),charms,charm books and it's restricted only teachers who know magic like the back of their hands and upper students who also are trained in magic.But,get this once every full moon a special meeting is held,the elementals (people who control elements),the wizards,the vampires(good),witches,mermaids (that's why it's held outside near the sea),centaurs,werewolves,fairies,pixies,giants (that's why it's held outside.),and other creatures who i do not know about.That's the school i go to and the next full moon meeting is on two weeks away.I heard the bell ring and lunch was over i picked up my lunch tray and empty water bottle and threw them in the over-filled trash can.I headed to swimming,the thing i really love about the swimming room is its actually a room but spells have been put on it so it looks like a real forest even there is a sky with differnt sorts of weather the forest room is really big: small on the outside big on the inside and the place where we swim is heavenly it's like this over-sized pond with moss growing on the sides thre's even mud down and fish and occasionally a few dolphins visit.there are stone benches on the side where i usually dump my bag.I got rid of my clothes and stood there in my one-piece costume it was a birthday gift from Oceania so you know why it's a one piece.My best friend Lena was there, she's a mermaid her aunt is a naiad.Our coach who's a mermaid was in the pool ''Syrena you're up'' she called i dove in the crystal clear water letting the water run like silk over my body i felt a sharp pain where my legs were supposed to be and i felt them joining together like clay except more painful.Then as quickly as it came the pain went and i was left with my tail and the weird gold markings on my arm the marks look like a triangle with two lines crossing horizontally over the triangle and in the middle its like a small star.''Ok give me two laps with the dolphin dive''.''Easy enough''i thought i propelled my tail and took two easy laps around I put more effort into the dive and hit my tail against the water powerfully and dove up i felt mmy body leave the water and i dove down with force .I was beyond happy it had took me two months to perfect the dive ''syrena you get 9''  oh well we needed a seven to pass.''Lena next'' i watched Lena get into the water her legs moulded together to form a greenish bluish colour and turqoise scales going up she took two laps around the pond thingy and then made a marvellous dolphin dive ''lena 10'' i felt a pang of sadness but i felt really happy for Lena when she got out i hugged her .''Ok everyone we're done go change'' i dragged Lena with me to the changing rooms and changed into my dress Lena changed into a bue sundress with floral print.

4:30 pm.

Syrena's P.O.V

I was walking to the school bus and and sat down in my usual seat.I took out my phone and had a look at which wattpad books had been updated my favourite book had been updated.I curled up on the buse's rock hard seat and started reading.Hopefully the bus'll reach home soon and i won't have to endure the bus for much long.I checked my watch it was only 4:40 the bus screeched to a start after evryone got in and i gripped my seat as hard as i could so i couldn't fall off. Two hours later the bus skidded to a halt at our door and i got off quickly.I sank into the sofa after hanging my bag on the bag hanger in the sitting room.I put on the tv turned it on to nickelodeon and saw which show was on iCarly my favourite show was up i watched the 25 minute show and dozed off.

 a/n:So guys how was that i know it's a bit short but next chapter will make up for it promise so i can tell you one thing a certain someone is not to be trusted.Well two votes for the next chapter please. p.s last chapter there was a dude called Jake he's out he was just a filler so he won't be in any further chapters don't expect him.anywhoo hope I cleared that up and NO dudes in this book thanks and goodbye.
