Author's note:
Hey, okay so the first time I'm posting a story on Wattpad and I'm super exited, but also a bit nervous. I've already finished this book, but I wanted to make sure I finished it before posting anything. I often loose interest in a story and stop halfway through and if there's anything I hate it's unfinished stories on Wattpad. Anyways, I'll be posting a chapter every week (probably on friday or saturday) and I really hope you enjoy it...
I'm walking home from archery practice, it was dark and misty outside but I was way too excited to notice how creepy it was looking. I've been ranked best aim in class today. Finally, my dad can be proud of me, at least I hope so. I've been shooting since I was 8, my mom used to be a very famous archer and I really looked up to her. But a long while ago she died. Ever since then my dad's been really depressed and started drinking again. We're always fighting, he gets mad at me all the time for wanting to be an archer. He always tells me I'll never be as good as her. I hope he isn't drunk right now.
My thoughts are interrupted by some noises behind me, I turn around and see about 5 or 6 boys dressed in black approaching me quickly. The boy in the middle is looking straight at me while the others are looking at him 'Get her!' he yells. Wait what? The boys start to run towards me, so I run into the forest next to the sidewalk. I run as fast as my legs could carry me, but when I look behind me to see if they were close I stumble over a tree root. 'Crap!' I curse, but stand up immediately. I switch directions a lot and when I hear that the boys have lost me, I hide between some bushes. 'What the hell is this' I whisper while breathing heavily.
'You'll find out' I hear a voice say and want to run but next thing I know I'm hit in the head and everything turns black. (Meanwhile while Jayden is out, the boys take her to Neverland) When I wake up I'm being dragged through a forest by 2 boys, my wrists are bound behind me and my mouth is covered by a piece of tape. I shake my head and start walking on my own, I know struggling isn't going to help me. We're not in the forest where they caught me, it's different here. After some time we stop at a clearing.
'Where is he?' Asks one of the boys as he turns around. Wait Chris? Chris from school? Why is Chris kidnapping me, I mean I know he's an asshole but kidnapping doesn't really suit him. 'Right here' A few boys step into the clearing, including what I'm guessing is their leader. 'Patience doesn't seem to be one of your strong points, Chris' The leader continues in a strong accent. 'You got the stuff?' Chris asks. 'Yeah here, but remember it's at its strongest on a night of a full moon' The leader throws a small brown bag towards Chris. 'Well, that leaves me 5 days to prepare then' Chris replies while turning around and walking towards me.
'And I already have the main ingredient' he says while he stops right in front of me. I head-butt him as hard as I can. Chris backs up while holding his head in pain, but quickly steps forward again and hits me in the face. I moan in pain and see blood drip from my nose. I give Chris a deadly look and then look over at the leader from the other group of boys. He smirks 'better watch yourself with that one Chris, she's got fire'. He then turns around and disappears into the forest with his boys following him.
The boys tie me to a tree while they set up camp, well it's a fire with a few blankets on the ground. Don't know if you can really call it a camp. A few hours later I'm pretty positive that all 6 of them are asleep, so I decide to escape. This wasn't too hard considering these amateurs have no clue how to tie someone up properly. A little bit of picking at the knots and I'm out.
