It promised to be a completly normal Thursday. I got up at 6 am to go on my morning run through the woods. The house I live in is right in the middle of the forest. When my hometown was being planned they decided to build a bunch of big houses in the woods. This is where the better earnig people live. It's alomost like a society of it's own. I like living there a lot but it is a little pretentious at times. But it is very nice when you like running in the woods which I do.

In these parts there are basically two seasons. A very wet and stormy winter and then from April til Octobre sunshine and the occasional rainfall. So even though it's only the end of April I can run in shorts and a tank top. The birds are singing but it's still quiet. I love this part of the day. The business still seems far away and there are endless opportunitys for the day.

When I got back from my run, I could see my mom doing yoga on the back porch. My mother used to dance too when she was my age but she stopped when she decided that she wanted to go to medical school. She works as a pediatrican at the hospital. My father is a psychatrist and has a practice in the next big city. I almost never went to the doctor. If I had something on my body my mom would take care of it and if I had something on my mind my dad would. But you don't always tell your parents everything and that's where the trouble starts.

After my run I showered, got ready for school and packed my school and dance bag. I had dance right after school so it would be a busy day. When I got down to the kitchen my mother was already there making herself a smoothie.

"Good morning sweety, how was your run? Do you want something from my smoothie,"she greeted me.

I took a look at green brownish liquid that was still in the blender. Yikes. "My run was nice and no thank you I think I'll eat the fruit before it was turned into something that looks like it's from the pond." My mother gave me an annoyed look and shook her head.

"You know this smoothie is very healthy and full of vitamins. But whatever eat your fruit how you want it as long as you eat it." She made a short pause and we both knew what she was referring to. Recovery is hard. She continued:" You know Daisy called me yesterday. The boys are back. Seems like they've really been working hard at that military school, they managed to graduate early." I froze but my mother didn't seem to notice. All of a sudden I was getting goosebumps and I felt sick. They are back? Already? I had thought they would get back in July and then I wouldn't have to see them bacause I would've already been off to summer intensive at the northern pacific ballet company. I realized that my mother was still talking.

"...so she said they would have a little welcome dinner on friday night. We are invited."

"I don't know if I have time on friday night," I said quickly," I'll probably have rehearsels."

"Oh come on. I know you had some difficulties in the past but you know them since you were born. I'm sure they have changed, I mean your bound to at that kind of school, right?" She smiled at me. My parents never knew the dimensions that those 'difficulties' could take on. And how should they? I never told them because I was to embarrassed most of the time. Besides, sometimes I was worried that they wouldn't take me serious enough because they were such good friends with their parents.

" Good morning to you." My father was coming down the stairs, dressed and ready to go. He always drives me to school. He saw the smoothie in my mothers hands and made a grimace.      "How can you drink this stuff? It tastes like it's already been digested." I had to giggle at that and for a moment the dark cloud that was hanging over me let the sun shine through.

" Alright you two, out of the house. I won't let the two of you sabotage me on my journey to health and a long life. I will dance on your graves," she said and glared at us. I had to laugh again and my father gave her a kiss.

" Of course you will honey and I'm sure you will have a lot of fun. You have a long life with lots of green stuff in it and I will have a short life with burgers and scotch." My mother tried to stay serious but she had to laugh. They kissed again and then my dad and I left the house.

On the ride to the school I was reading the papers on my phone to him. It was a ritual that we've been doing ever since I learned how to read. Luckily I never got sick when I read in the car or on the bus. Like usual my father got worked up over the bad writing style of someof the journalists. When we arrived at the school he kissed me goodbye and I got out of the car. I had almost forgotten what my mother had told me earlier but I was reminded again.

" Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god. Have you heard. I'm so excited I wanna scream." My friend Hannah was jumping up and down and was giggeling. I was a little confused but then I realized what or whom she was talking about.

" Calm down they're not celebrities," I said while rolling my eyes.

" They are at this school. So you've already heard?" She had settled down a bit and we were walking towards the school building.

" Yes, my mom told me. How do you know, I thought they only arrived last night."

" They are here." Hannahs excitment bubbled over again she clapped her hands. " And they look so freakin' good." I starred at her completly mortified. Why the actual heck are they here?

" Why are they here," I said aloud," I thought they already graduated." For a moment I had the suspicion that they wanted to keep themselves busy at school til' the summer like I did. After all I had graduated early as well. But Hannah didn't confirm my theory.

"They are here to get some paperwork. Something because they started the school year here but finished there." She didn't seem so interested in those details. For her it was only important that they were here at all. I really wondered why. They had been pretty hard on her because she had to wear braces and glasses in middle school. Hunter once said she looked like she was the actress who always plays the ugly nerd. And now she was basically fangirling over him. We arrived at my classroom for first period.

" See you later," she said and smiled at me. Her good mood was not cheering me up at all. I went inside the classroom and wanted to walk out again right away.

" My god, is that you Angel. I can't believe it you don't look like a walking skeleton anymore, have you stopped throwing up your lunch? I mean you're still skinny, after all you always have been, you're just stupid." Laughter followed that statement that was made by Hunter Stone aka the devil. He and Jacob smirked at me surroudned by their old school friends. I didn't answer him. Eight months we hadn't seen each other and he managed to insult me three times in the first few seconds since he laid eyes on me.

"Look at that," Jacob exclaimed mockingly," she's so exhilirated to see us she lost her voice." Everyone, except me of course, was laughing again. Their friends were like pets eager to please the two of them.

"I would say it's nice to see you but my mother always told me not to lie." My face stayed completly blank even though I was a little scared, you never knew how they'd react to such an 'insult'. And for a moment it seemed like this would turn into a very uncomfortable situation. But then both of them laughed and the others joined them but seemed a little nervous too.

" I've missed that sarcasm. Don't act like you didn't miss us, I know you are more than happy to see us." Hunter winked at me and then continued:" And we are happy to see you, now that you have some tits to look at, really very nice."

" How charming. But no I didn't miss you at all to be honest. I was to busy enjoying my new life," I responded with a sweet smile.

" Well thank god that's over now that we're back. Now it's back to sobbing in the dark and involuntary baths in the lake," said Jacob while getting up and walking towards me. Hunter followed his exampel. I did a step backwards. I was like a reflex and I probably wouldn't have realized it, if they hadn't smirked so nasty at that.

"Like Jacob said," Hunter teased," it's back to normal. We have a party tonight and of course you are invited, could be a lot of fun, now that you don't look like a nine year old boy anymore." He shamelessly checked me out and then smirked at me.

"Thanks but I'm busy," I stated while giving both of them an angry glare.

" Well, think about it. Maybe you'll change your mind." They walked out of the class but Hunter ruffled my hair before he left and laughed.

I went to my seat and could still hear the other boys chuckle. Oh yes they were back and I already want to send them away again!
