Prologue:

ARIANAS P.O.V

Sounds were fading away vision blurring, becoming harder for me to hold on to reality. Grazing the hovering object above me with my eyes his chest only centimeters from mine his mouth close by. His pressure lifted slightly only to fall back pushing himself in. The shrieking pain escaping my mouth. His pumps becoming stronger with each thrust "please" I whimpered through tears. The pain seering into my body each limb becoming weak, soon to feel the numbness through out. "Please" I repeated the words having no use to them, he pumped and pumped wanting more his apperance was sweaty eyes shut close to his release, the pink in his cheeks becoming red. He pushed down with his whole entirty making the shouts erupt from me. Then it was black. My mind blank, gone. I was somewhere else.

~~~~~
The harsh morning light fell into my eyes, the pounding in my head making thoughts hard to process. The past night was non-existant in my mind not a single memory or sliver of one was left. I got up quickly only to have fallen back down in pain. the chill of nudity creeping up my legs and so forth. grasping the last bit of courage in me I sat myself up glimpsing at my over-exposed body. Tight skirt pushed up thighs and all in view, shirt gone bra un-clapsed. The uneasy feeling bubbled in my stomach a sudden automatic gag hurled up the contents of last nights dinner on the floor.
I postioned myself back down slowly, the pain inside becoming overwhelming. Gray eyes never blinking pure shock running through my veins the light throaty groan released from the long lump beside me making my vision switch over. Tightening the grip I had around the cover forcefully throwing the blanket off his features. Brown hair all tossled eyes shut. I felt the muscules in my stomach clench a new feeling of hurling washing over me again.
Three weeks of torture. Court dates, being bombarded with questions by lawyers, friends, family, strangers. The whole town knew and thats what scared me most.  We sat in a court room both dylan and I behind different wooden deskes.
"We the jury have decided Dylan Bennett is not-guiltiy of rape. We the jury have decided that Dylan Bennett is gulity of the abuse of under age drinking" the lady sat down in her chair  her thoughts believing all is right, all is fine. She wouldn't have to go to sleep knowing she wasn't safe anymore.
"There will be a fine of five hundred and fifty dollars, no other charges." The judge then hammered his gavel and dimissed the group. I aruptly moved to my parents view their faces showing shock, fear everything that I already felt myself. Glare dropping to the floor his snicker being heard.  The brown of his eyes the brown I thought was once mysterious and sexy was now dangerous and frightful.
We moved to the car my name being said in all directions but the more I thought about a secret corner in my dark room the more distant I felt from the shouts. I let my parents drive me away not wanting to see the pity of my friends and family not wanting to see the glares and hear the threats from the other side.
The car in motion my eyes never leaving my hands the black nail polish chipping in all corner's mostly remaining in the center. "I have to leave. Don't I?" my parents gaze from one another moving quickly back to the black empty road the silence was all I needed to know my  answer.
