I woke up early (well early for me). i got up at 11 and prepared for a bike ride, i ran out of time unfortunately but began with granola for breakfast and also did my stretches. i went off to college and soon finished. As soon as i got home, i stretches again and could now do a bridge (i had been practising flexibility stretches months before i had my superhero idea) but i was extremely inflexible still. i then practised kickboxing for 2 hours and rested, drunk a lot of water and ate a wrap as i missed out of lunch.
I then went on a late bike ride for an hour and a half, a lot of uphill and on gear 6 (for the majority of the time). i came back extremely tired and felt like i'd pushed myself perfectly.
