Skylar and Lica's relationship is like a love/hate relationship. They're always messing with each other and Skylar so usually seen teasing and messing with Lica.
Look: Lica has long wavy maroon hair that goes halfway down her back and usually has her hair in a bun with a strand of hair out. She has dark brown eyes that sometimes look like hazel.
