Charlotte walked with Sadie. Her phone suddenly buzzed in her back pocket. She dug her hand into her pocket and took the phone out. Mason had texted her. He was asking her to meet up.

"Who's that?" Sadie tried to look at her phone.

Charlotte quickly shut it off and shoved it in her back pocket. "It was my secret admirer," Charlotte winked at Sadie.

"Don't you mean you secret boy toy? All you two do is sleep together-"

"Make out. We just make out. He's celibate."

"And you aren't. So, why are you torturing yourself?"

"Because when you really love someone you do what they want because you want to make them happy." Charlotte tried to throw shade but Sadie didn't catch on.

Sadie turned away. "Who is this guy? You never tell me. It isn't fair. I tell you everything-"

"It's Liam."

Sadie quickly turned to Charlotte again. "What?"

Charlotte nodded.

Sadie suddenly burst out laughing.

"See? This was what I was trying to avoid."

"Okay. I'll stop," Sadie stood straight, "Why do you like him?"

Charlotte shrugged. "Because he takes good care of his siblings and he's really sweet."

"He's a nobody-"

"He's somebody to me." Charlotte glared at her. "I have to go meet up with him."

"Char, I'm sorry."

"I'll see you later."

"Come on."

Charlotte walked away.

Charlotte got into Mason's car. "What do you want?"

"Poppy spoke to me today," he looked at her.

"You don't look happy about that. What's wrong?"

"She asked me to spy on Sadie. Tell her what Sadie's about to post before she uploads it to YouTube. She wants me to be her informant."

"And you said..."

"NO. Obviously. I don't want to be a spy."

"You should do it."

"What?"

"Look," Charlotte turned her body to him. "Sadie says a lot about people in her stories. She makes them look bad whether they're her friend or not. Even you get shamed in her storytime videos. And now that Poppy was brought up she probably feels insecure about it."

"She's worried about her boyfriend. Not herself."

"A boyfriend that doesn't even like her."

Mason froze. "What are you talking about?"

"Never mind that. She'll talk to you more and maybe gain back her feelings for you."

Mason squinted then he sat back. "I don't know."

"Well, whether you work with her ot not...work with me."

"Charlotte-"

"Tell me what she's about to say. She knows me like the back of her hand...and I know her like under my foot."

Mason chuckled. "Fine, but only if it's about you. Okay?"

"Thank you!" Charlotte kissed his cheek then she got out of the car.

He rolled his eyes and wiped off the kiss.

Sadie walked into the cafeteria. Charlotte and Mason were no where to be found. She looked over at the table where Poppy and the others sat. Liam was there. So, where was Charlotte?

She walked over to their table sitting beside Poppy. "Hi guys," she smiled.

Liam and Poppy looked at her with confused faces but Fisher sat nervous.

"Hi...Sadie," Poppy stared at her with furrowed brows. "Need something?"

"A triple date."

Poppy squinted. "A what?"

"Triple date. Me and Mason, you and Fish, and Charlotte and Liam."

Liam raised his brows. "Yeah. It's a no from me."

"Come on, Liam. It'll be fun. We're going bowling. Are you afraid I beat you like in middle school?"

Liam dropped his fork and looked at her. He smiled. "You know darn well I beat you."

"I made our teams tie. How about we break that tie? Saturday night? Pick you guys up at seven."

"Is this a joke?" Poppy folded her arms. "Some kind of prank or something? Because I'm not going to stand on my front lawn waiting for you till twelve o' clock like a moron."

Sadie giggled. "It isn't a joke. Trust me. I've been watching you and Fisher lately and I just thought it would be fun to hang out with you guys. You guys are cute."

Fisher glared at her. She had something planned. It had to be. She wouldn't just hang out with anyone.

"So, Saturday night. Okay?" She stood up and walked away, joining Charlotte when she noticed her enter the cafeteria.

"Since when are you friends with them?" Charlotte raised a brow at Sadie.

"Since you told me you loved Liam."

Charlotte's eyes grew. "What did you do?"

"We're all going bowling Saturday night," Sadie grinned. "It's a triple date."

"Why would you set that up? Are you really going to tolerate Poppy for an entire night?"

Sadie shrugged as they sat down. "She...she's not annoying. She'll be quiet like she always is around me. Besides, if she does start drama I'll have a story for next Monday," Sadie winked.

Charlotte forced a giggled then she rolled her eyes.
