Ch.1: A New Start

(A/N) This is my first fanfic and I'm not a good writing stories. So I know that it will be sucky, but I don't care. I hope you guys enjoy this fanfic. I don't own Utrapri, only Yuukihiro Utako does. I dedicate this first chapter to my twin sister, InuyashasGirl

Chapter 1: A New Start

★ Your POV ★

Today's the day where I start a new life at Satome Academy. I knew that I'm going to have many different journeys ahead of me to get towards my dream of becoming a composer. I didn't even care what it takes just to fulfill my dream.

Well, there's only one problem that holds me back to my dream, which was my grandma. She's the only person that took care of me when I was little, and now, I'm going to leave her all alone.

After packing all my things, I ask my grandma. "Are you sure you can handle yourself without me being here? You know that I can just here and be with you." She just shook her head.

"Don't worry about me, dear. I'll be fine, it's not like I'm going anywhere. This old lady needs to keep the house nice and neat just in case if you come back for your vacation. Please worry about yourself, I know you'll be a great composer."

With that, we gave each other our last good-byes before I left. "Okay, I'm off to Satome Academy, Grandma!" Faking a smile so that Grandma doesn't have to worry about me.

I really didn't want to leave her by herself, but since she said that she'll be okay, I let her be. But to be sure, I'm coming straight back here once I have my vacation. I still feel uneasy about leaving her alone. Thinking the thoughts to myself, Grandma started to shout.

"Be carefull, (y/n)! You'll have a long journey ahead of you. Good luck on becoming a composer! You'll do great, sweety!" Grandma waved at me as she started to tear up of joy. I just waved back at her.

"I love you, Grandma! I'll miss you a lot!" After saying my last good-bye, I felt something warm coming down my face. 'Goodby Grandma. I hope I'll see you again after becoming a great composer'

As I was walking towards the train station, I keep thinking what my life will be if I attend the Satome Academy. I still couldn't believe that I'm actually going to the Satome Academy! People say it's really difficult to get in, but I didn't care. No matter how hard it is to get into the academy, I will become a composer, even if I have to work my butt off with the studies. p(^_^)q

Getting into my seat, I started to gaze off to the window, admiring the scenery outside. 'It's so beautiful, so this last time, or for now, I'm going to see a summer view in the country. I wonder how it's like to be in a city.' With that, I suddenly doze off with my thoughts and fell asleep.

~ Moments Later ~

Suddenly, the train stopped at my destination and moved me while I was still sleeping. 'Ouch, ouch, ouch. What the he--' Stunned as I was now, I realised that it was my stop. "Wow! There's so many people here! I didn't know that this city can be so big and beautiful."

Seeing the sight of the city made me realised that I'm running late for the entrance exams. Without any hestitation, I dashed through the station and went off to the academy.

After a couple of minutes of running, I stopped and started to walk. *sigh* "I didn't know that during summer in the city could be this hot." I'm not a big fan of the heat since I always feel sick. Ever since I was little, I always had poor health and I couldn't go outside often. That's why my grandma took me in and raise me in the country side.

'Is it just me or is it getting hotter by the minute.' My heart feels like it's going to exploded, it feels like I'm going to faint any minute now. I couldn't stand the heat for that long and the worst part is that I didn't bring my hat with me. Oh great! I'm starting.......to.... fe..eeel.....dizzy.......

Before I could fall to the hot ground, I saw an image of a boy towards me. I didn't get quite how the boy looks like but I didn't want to miss the entrance exams.......'Please.....help..me..'

Sooner or later, I saw (or at least of what I can still see) him came running towards me. I waited for the impact but instead, I felt warm and muscular arms around me. He started talking to me, but I couldn't understand what he was saying. It was too late. Everything around me went black.
