Chapter Eight

Xander's POV:

Its been three weeks since the day Amelia tried running away. Three weeks since the last time i touched her. Since i kissed those soft pink lips. And whenever i see her i want to take her right there and then. But i have to control myself. No matter how difficult it is, i will give her what she wants.

But fuck! She even makes me sleep on the couch and my back hurts so bad. But i have to respect her decisions. I miss touching her so bad...

My wolf whimpered at the thought of his mate.

Last night Amelia told me she wants to meet the pack because from three weeks she barely left the house except for going on runs with me. So today i am going to take her to the pack house. I want to introduce her to the pack now.

Right now i am waiting for her come downstairs. She is taking lifetime to get ready. She never did it before but i guess today she is really nervous. I went upstairs to our room and knocked on the door.

"Babe? How much time do you need? Its getting late everyone is waiting for you." I told her.

"Just a second!" She yelled through the door.

I waited another minute. I was growing impatient now. Just as i was about to walk in, the door opened to reveal my beautiful mate. My breath hitched at the sight of her.

She looked so ravishing wearing white floral sundress. Her hairs were in a messy bun. And that was my end point. I can't take this punishment anymore.

Amelia's POV:

I opened the door to reveal myself. I felt his breath hitched. His grey eyes were replaced with dark grey as his pupil dilated and his wolf took over. He took long strides towards me.

Its working! My wolf growled out in excitement.

Well yeah. It was my plan. The dress i am wearing is quite short and i am wearing a victoria secret's lace panties and bra inside because guess what! I am frustrated! I can't take it anymore. I want him so bad and i'm starting to hate myself for the punishment i gave him. I planned on seducing him but i guess i don't need it anymore. He got turned on by look on his face, just by me dressing up.

He shut the door behind me and pushed me against the door. He was breathing heavily so was i. He was looking at my lips like he wants to kiss the shit out of me. But he wasn't making any move so i did. I grabbed his face and crashed my lips on his. He reacted to my kiss instantly.

His lips moving moving with mine in sync. I could already feel his erection poking at my lower abdomen. He took my thighs and picked me up as he pressed me further in the door. My legs were around his torso and his erection was poking exactly where i wanted it to. I moaned out loud and then he went still.

I think he was mind linking someone. He pulled away and placed me on my feets. I looked at him confused. He just smiled at me.

"Everyone is waiting for you Amelia" He said smiling as he raised his brows like he knows what i was trying to do because i didn't stop him. Offcourse he knows!

"Sure, let's go" i turned to open the door but he caught my wrist. I looked at him and glared.

"Change your dress. I don't want anyone looking at what's mine. And i swear if you ever repeat that little stunt again i will fuck you so hard untill you can't walk for days and forgot to speak because all you wilk remember is screaming my name." He said and went out.

He left! I was standing here with my panties soaking wet just by him speaking that way.

I went to bathroom and changed in something less revealing. Once changed i got nervous because i am going to be introduced to the whole pack as a Future Luna. Who knew that day would come. I won't be a Luna until the ceremony offcourse and i don't want it anytime soon because i am not ready right now.

Xander respects my decision. In thes past three weeks he was nothing but kind and patient with me. He gives me everything which includes him making breakfast, lunch and dinner for me everyday because i love his cooking. He doesn't even say a word, he just smiles at me and does whatever i ask him to.

I even asked him to laundry my clothes once. He makes bath for me. Who knew the most fearful Alpha in the world would do these thing for his mate. Well i didn't!.

I went downstairs to see him waiting for me while leaning on the wall.

"Let's go" i said smiling. He smiled back while offering his hand. I took it and we walked hand in hand towards the pack house. Instead of going inside he took me towards the backside of the pack house. When i asked him why are we going there. He said the people won't fit in just ome pack house so they are gathered in the back near the training field.

Once we reached there, Everyone stopped whispering and looked at us. Instead of looking at me with disgust as i thought, they were looking at me in awe.

"Everyone! I am glad for you to attend this meeting in such a short notice. And i apologise for making you all wait for a long time but your Luna was busy making me doing other things" He paused and looked at me as he winked. I blushed so hard i am sure i look like a tomato.

"The reason you all are here is that your future luna wanted to meet you. So this is your future luna, the members of this pack are to respect her no matter what or i will have your heads. Amelia, come here"

I went near him "Meet your Future luna. Luna Amelia. My mate"

Everyone clapped and cheered untill there was scream erupted from the woods. All of them got alarmed and there was a girl came running towards us from the woods.

"There is an attack! They killed my mate. They said they want their Luna back!" She said to Xander while crying.

Luna? Who could it be?

Oh shit! It can't be him. I looked at Xander to see him already looking at my shocked and scared expression untill realization hit him and he turned his head towards his members.

"Take the old womens and children to the basement for safety. Five of you stay with your Luna and keep her safe no matter what happens don't leave her side. All of you prepare for the battle and kill everyone of them! Leave no one except the Alpha. He is my prey! He is mine to kill so don't kill him." He roared and at least three hundred of them ran to the wood from where the girl came from while others were running towards the packhouse where the basement is situated. I went towards Xander, grabbed his face and kissed him. He could feel my fear because he pulled away and smiled at me.

"Don't worry. You're only mine baby. No one will take you away from me. Now do me favour and stay close to others. I will be back to you before you realize. He won't lay a hand on you." He said looking in my eyes.

"Okay. Just come back safe" He smiled widely at me.

"I will. Now go and please stay safe" He told me as he took off.

I don't know why it felt like a goodbye to me. I was scared shitless. The fact that my father's pack and Alpha Kenn's pack is now together, scared me. But i believed in them. Just as i was about to go to packhouse with five other warriors there was a growl from behind me. The growl i knew is not Xander's.

I turned my head to see Alpha Kenn with my father's beta Robert.

He smiled menacingly. I felt shiver run down my spine and with that smile i knew.

I was in a deep shit!
