~Caspian's P.O.V~ June 11, 2018~ (I know it's a lot of time skipped, sorry)
I stared at my mom in shock as she waited for me to answer her question.
"C-California?!" I stuttered.
"Yes. It'll be for summer break."
"I-it's just so far away from home...and my friends..and the cats!"
"We can take the cats, silly."
"We can?!"
"Yes, it's your Aunt Kate! She loves cats!"
"Oh, y-yeah!"
"So, is that a yes?"
"I-I guess."
"Great, get packed!"
"Now?"
"Yep."
I scurried up the stairs to my room and grabbed my phone.
Caspian 🍉- What are your plans for June 14?
Daniel- ummm....I don't know, why? I'll be home....
Caspian 🍉- no reason, just bored

I was jumping bit as I got off the plane.
It's been two days since my mom told me the news about California.
I was excited to be here and I almost screamed when I saw the palm trees. It can be very cold in the summer time in Michigan and I've heard it's nice here.
I found my mom and my Aunt Kate hugging and I asked my mom to help me go get the cats.
After we had everything, my Aunt Kate drove us to her place and igotout of the car and gawked.
It was a cute little house but it looked so beautiful.
My mom laughed at me and I ran to the door and opened it, placing the cats down in the living room and not letting them out because they were sleeping still.
I grinned and looked around.
But, most importantly, I want to sleep.
Three hours backwards.
Great, jet lag!
