The car ride back to the why don't we house was painfully awkward. The music was turned down at a low volume, but it was the only thing saving me from dead silence.
"Corbyn?" He brushed it off, focusing on the road ahead of him as his speed increased. He swerved between the two lanes, dodging cars that weren't up to his rate of speed. "Corbyn I know you're mad, but please slow down. You're scaring me.." I trailed off resting my hand on his thigh. His facial expression softened as he took his foot off of the gas. His car started to slow down and I took a deep breath. He glanced at me, his face full of sadness.

"Brynn, I'm so sorry. I was just so mad and I just didn't realize that I wasn't driving safely."

"It's alright corb, I understand baby." I said reaching over to kiss his cheek. "I love you, despite all of our arguments. I always have, I always will Corbyn Matthew."

The car slowed down as we approached a red light. As it came to a complete stop, corbyn reached over to me placing his hand on the back of my neck. He pulled me in close and connected our lips. Everything seems so much more passionate after a fight. After a few seconds he slowly parted, leaving a slight gap of space between our lips. He looked deep into my eyes, making me get lost in his ocean colored ones.

"Brynnleigh Rae, you are so fucking beautiful."  He said in a low raspy voice. His voice always made me forget all of my worries, he made me feel like I was on top of the world. I slightly smiled at him, my cheeks felt hot. I glanced down at his pink, swollen lips and back at his eyes. He quickly pecked me on the lips. The light turned green and corbyn traded his foot from the brakes back to the gas. We had the 'kiss you at red lights' kind of love, despite how many arguments we encountered on the daily.
