Chapter 18

POV Alec

Today we are back at school, this past weekend was weird, i mean me and magnus started dating but then with the whole running away thing i'm not sure if that's still a thing or not. Isabel says she and simon have something to tell me. I swear to the angel if she's pregnant i will kill Simion.

“You okay?” Magnus questions

“Yea, just worried about Izz”

“Im sure its nothing”

“I hope so..”

Magnus and I split at my locker and go to our separate classes, the whole day i feel as if i am going through the motions, not really paying attention. Photo was fun we went into the dark room and i showed magnus how to develop film, even though we had no pictures of our own. It was fun, after mags got used to being in a small dark space that is.

At lunch i said bye to Magnus and went to the front of the school where Izzy said she wanted to meet me. Simon is sitting on the stairs looking uncharacteristically calm, and Izzy is off to the side pacing a hole in the grass.

“So,” i speak up “what’d you want to tell me? And why couldn’t you’ve just told me at home?”

“Because, i don't want mags to over hear..”

“What's going on Izzy. your not pregnant are you?”

“By the angel alec! No i not pregnant, this is about magnus!”

“W-why would she be-” simon stutters, looking nervous.

“My room is right next to hers, if you think your hide what you’re doing then do it quieter.”

Simon looks at isabell flustered. “Uh I-”

“Out shut up”

“Alec!” izzy scolds, “Now is not the time.”

“Right, so what about mags, is this about the other day?”

“Yea.. so when i was driving ralphie home, he said something about this girl named Camille and i was talking to simon about it and apperantly she used to work were simons working now and uh she has a history of being… well a bit of a whore...

Izzy and Simon explained to me the story as best they could. Magnus and Camile used to date, and I guess they were pretty serious. Eventually it was found out that she was cheating on him, so Magnus broke it off. She didn't like being broken up with and some how convinced him to get back with her. I guess this cycle repeated a couple times even after Magnus changed schools. She eventually moved, quitting her job. They don't know what happened after that.
