As the Head of Design, Rebekah was used to all the things that can go wrong. But this was a whole new level of stress, Lance was missing! Rebekah had looked everywhere! He was nowhere to be found, which means he must have escaped her office.
"Oh Lance! Where are you?" Rebekah ventures outside and sees Ethan. Ethan has his head downcast and doesn't look like he noticed her. She walks up behind him.
"Ethan have you seen Lance?" He jumps and whirls around to look at her.
"He's in his office."
"No, he's not."
"I just saw him. He's in his office."
"Ugh! Nevermind!" Rebekah walks down the hall hall calling for Lance. She walks down to Mara's office, Lance liked it in there. She knocks on the door and waits for the answer. She stands outside for about five minutes until she realizes Mara is on lunch break.
"Smooth move Rebekah. Maybe Gali would know." She then literally runs into Jullian.
"Oh my God! I'm so sorry, I just ran straight into you." She laughs awkwardly. Jullian was one of the most attractive guys at Lucky Foot. To bad Olivia already called dibs.
"Hey it's so okay. Are you alright?"
"I'm okay, but have you seen Lance?"
"He's in his office. Why?" Rebekah groans.
"He's not in his office. I'm looking all around!" She walks away. Where could Lance be? She thinks maybe he's in the break room. He likes it there. So she trudges down the stairs towards the floor that the break room is on. As she gets closer she hears lots of noise, screams and yells. She told Luke putting that console in there was a mistake. She finally opens the door and immediately beelines towards Kevin.
"Kevin, have you seen Lance?"
"He's right behind you."
"No, he's missing. I can't find Lance!" She yells in frustration. No one seems worried, until a hand on her shoulder suddenly appears.
"Rebekah, I'm right here." She turns and looks at Lance. She groans.
"Not human Lance! Lance the Bunny!"
"Oh, he's with Olivia." Rebekah let's out a heavy sigh. Olivia, of course! At least he isn't with Luke. She storms out of room and makes her way upstairs to Olivia's floor. She throws the door open, and Olivia jumps out of her chair.
"Rebekah! You scared me. What's up?"
"Lance. Where is Lance."
"He's in the break room?"
"Not human Lance, Bunny Lance."
"I have no idea. He was here. I was just looking for him!" They both look at each other.
"Luke." They rush up the stairs pushing people out of their way until they encountered Ben. He was in charge of Luke's security, but wasn't good at it.
"Move." Olivia demanded. She was about two heads shorter than him. He laughed.
"Mr. CEO doesn't want to be disturbed. He's busy and the Chairman's in there."
"This is important. Now get out of our way or so help me God!" Ben moved after that. We rushed toward the door and threw it open. Well, Ben wasn't lying about the Chairman being in the building. The Chairman wasn't a tall woman, she was shorter than Rebekah and Olivia, but slightly taller than Luke. She was laughing at another one of Luke's proposterous ideas.
"We aren't going to dye Lance blue!" Rebekah looked at their President. He held Lance and blue hair dye. He was also pouting.
"Why not?"
"It's animal cruelty. We could get sued. I'd rather keep PEETA out, if you don't mind." She said. She then turned to us.
"Rebekah. Olivia. Why does Luke have Lance?"
I answered her. "He kidnapped Lance."
"Wouldn't it be rabbitnapped?" Olivia asks, snickering.
"Probably." I answered, unamused. "Cheyenne, I need Lance. He's got a commercial shoot for our new game." Cheyenne looks at Rebekah and then grabs Lance, receiving a childlike whimper from our president.
"I will deliver Lance. Let's go." We walk out with Luke following and complaining about the decision. We have to go through the break room, though. If anything, it's louder now than earlier. We walk through and everyone stops to stare. Olivia isn't looking at anyone in particular, and Luke is talking to Cheyenne.
"Lance. Come here." Luke says without warning. Lance gets up and shuffles over nervously. His face is a mix of awkward and confident as he inches toward his superior.
"He will do for now, let's get him changed into a costume and make up done. Did the bunny crate get here? Kaila, on the double. Why are you all looking at me like that? Let's go!" Everyone started running around trying to accomplish Luke's demands.
